My daughter loves this facility and the coaches. She is extremely shy so it's nice to have a place she's comfortable and can be herself and grow in a social way.

Highly recommend this place for toddlers. Our 23 mo daughter gained so much confidence in the Parent/Tot class. She has always been very cautious and this class gave her a lot of confidence with her physical movement. The coaches are so patient with the little ones and adjust easily to each of the student's needs. Also the gym space itself is awesome. It's huge and spacious. Great during covid times when your little one can't mask and you're concerned about about being indoors. The space feels as if you are outside. It's worth the drive from Seattle.

It was a super fun experience. Been wanting to try out gymnastics for years and finally was able to make it out. The instructor went through every move with me since I was brand new at this and explained everything clearly to me. If I wasn't so busy and committed to so many things I would definitely want to be a regular here.

Very rude when I asked for itemized receipts. Wouldn't give me direct answers for cost or what the membership included and when we were unable to attend classes and I requested to be removed from the class that just started I was told "these classes are like rent even if you're not here you have to pay." Doesn't make sense to pay for a class that were not able to attend. Will pay the extra money to go to Ascend in Auburn better facility with friendlier staff.

The team at metro run a stellar program and do an excellent job at teaching athletes to push beyond what they think is possible. Creating mentally and physically tough individuals, which is exactly what I want for my children.

There is a coach she is yelling on kids. She has very bad behavior with kids. I don’t know why they keep such a coach in gym. Coach needs to be kind and professional. My son who is almost 4 years was scared when he goes to gym from her. I tried to find her name to complains to management but I couldn’t. I was gymnastics coach for 10 years but we didn’t have such a behavior and attitude with any student. I hope the will do something otherwise they will lose students.
