I've trained in a lot of different classes and styles and have been looking forward to training in Bujinkan for years. The environment in the class is very relaxed and it encourages you to embody your own understanding of the techniques while trying to remain true to the spirit of the originals. I really enjoy the style and structure of the class and it's also a really friendly group to boot.

This class has been amazing! Michael is very effective at explaining techniques, always positive, and always encouraging! Everyone is very respectful and helpful. Even on your first session, you feel very welcomed! Musei Tora Bujinkan is the ONLY class I would every recommend to anyone.

I attended the class with my daughter to observe, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were welcomed and invited to join in. It was nice to be on the mat again, and they made this 42 year old out of shape dad feel right at home!

By far the best and most authentic dojo in Knoxville. Not only do you learn the arts but the history behind them. The instructors are friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. If you want to learn Japanese arts from instructors who have been to Japan and trained with masters this is the place.

Very considerate, thorough, inspiring instructor. People are also very friendly and helpful and the class is fully equipped with training gears. I definitely recommend this class to anyone, who is interested, in learning Classical Japanese martial arts to come and try it out.
