Club Pilates

I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt I had to share my disappointing experience with this place. After pausing my membership without specifying a timeframe, I was shocked to discover that it had been reactivated without my authorization. This resulted in two months of unauthorized charges totaling $458.Despite repeated attempts to contact the company and resolve this issue, I received no response for over a month. This lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable.Plus, the facility itself lacked appeal. The unpleasant odor emanating from the vents reminded me of a stadium snack bar, and there's only one instructor that impressed me.Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I urge potential customers to proceed with caution.

The instructor Behnaz Taghavi forced me to buy socks and then said she cannot give me receipt, I have to pay cash. No records at all. She is very rude and said I am wasting her time.

Be aware of 3 months commitment even though they don't tell you anything at the time of sign up. Take a picture of the paper you sign because it will be different than what they will email you!! Be aware that there is no customer service what so ever. No on the phone nor in the club excep sundays 12-1pm. Whatever question you have, ask at the time of sign up.

I'm disappointed with my experience at Club Pilates. Despite enjoying some of the classes, I found it incredibly frustrating that they were nearly impossible to contact on any given day. They never answered calls and you would get a text back perhaps 24 hours later. Emails rarely got a response unless I called attention to it. They would occasionally send texts from a number that is unresponsive to calls, making it impossible to reach them when they decided not to text back. Because I travel so much, I requested to freeze my membership - this in itself took what felt like eons to do. I had to chase down the club with multiple calls until I was asked to send an email.Finally, I had had it with the club and asked to just cancel my membership after my frozen membership. While I had a month remaining, they wanted to charge me for an additional month to cancel. This was of course after trying to contact them all week to cancel the membership. I constantly had to chase the studio for a response, which felt more demanding than my work responsibilities.Im sad about the experience and feel cheaped out by the 259$ charge for cancelling. Hoping I at least can work out there for the two months paid for. It seems they have canceled my ability to book a class on the app - even though I’ve paid. I’m quite awfully upset. I am fair in the way I conduct business. I expected the same from club Pilates in foothill ranch

I was looking for a Pilates club and this one has it all! Great equipment, terrific teaches that challenge you. Very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and organized studio. Great job Beth and Bill!!! Thank you:0)
