I called Rod about helping my (80+) father get into shape. My dad loves him and is starting to see muscle definition after so many years of being inactive. It couldn’t be easier for my dad to get there. Rod’s truck pulls up right to his driveway! My husband and I were visiting and tried the workout with Rod - it was great! We workout regularly and it was a new method for us that was intense but doable at our level. Rod makes the workout entertaining and efficient, plus easy access! What more do you need?

Not only is Rod’s mobile fitness concept incredibly innovative, Rod is a phenomenal trainer—motivating, knowledgeable, relentlessly optimistic, passionate, respectful, patient, and professional. If that were not enough, his sense of humor and infectious laugh are reason enough to look forward to his training sessions. We initially found Rod to help my father get in shape—sometime absolutely critical for extending one’s quality-of-life years. He now eagerly anticipates Rod’s sessions, and having participated in a few of them myself, I can see why. I cannot think of a better-suited personality for customized fitness and cannot recommend Rod highly enough!

After seeing Rod's truck in my neighborhood, I took a chance and gave him a call! After trying many different types of exercise, I had stopped working out due to hip pain. With Rod's guidance, I am now able to work out again with no pain and am already feeling stronger. That along with many great tips on nutrition and health have all helped me so much. Rod is very knowledgeable on exercise, nutrition and overall health and is also very positive and motivating.Definitely recommend you give him a call!

Rod is amazing!! He is entertaining, extremely knowledgeable and experienced after training thousands if people. He is very sincere and caring about his clients. I would recommend him 200%. He is the best!!!!!

10/10 would recommend. Besides the fitness and nutrition side of working out Rod does so much more. I had chronic hip pain that would keep me up at night and within a month it no longer was bothering me. Defiantly use Rod.

Rod is the best! He is easily the most pleasant, most knowledgeable and most entertaining personal trainer I've worked with. The mobile benefits are obvious, but what I appreciate most is how Rod explains everything from a medical and scientific standpoint. Don't hesitate to give him a shot!

I absolutely adore Rod! He is THE best personal trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I met Rod 6 sessions ago and my goodness my results have been faster than typical workout programs and they have been amazing! Not only does he train you physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our sessions are fun because Rod is hilarious and the most optimistic person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am always super excited to get a workout in with Rod, it really is one of the highlights of my week.I was initially very concerned about starting weight training again as I was recovering from a surgery (3 months post-op) and my health and well-being was honestly not very good. I had a bad shoulder that had been hurting for almost a year, but Rod has so much wisdom and a wealth of experience that he just knows exactly how to best help you through rehab, recovery, and move your body into the best health that it can be.Never in my life did I think I could lift so much weight in such a short timeline. The progress that I have seen has been incredible and I have Rod to thank for that. In the beginning there were sessions when I thought I couldn’t finish a rep, but Rod has really trained me mentally to whole heartedly believe that I can literally achieve anything. No mountain is too hard or too big to climb. Simply put, I’m never tired and I can always do that extra rep because I can and there’s nothing stopping me.I cannot recommend Rod enough. His workouts are backed by science and much kinder to the body than typical workout routines. Rod really is THE best in the business!
