You can even get a haircut in the plaza for all your self care needs. Convenience matters when you're trying to hack your mental and physical health issues.If you're serious about wanting to meet your mobility goals, ask for Heather. She's extraordinary.

It is a smaller gym, and some things I miss here is some mats in the back so I can get down on the ground and work them abs.

Priced extremely too high for the little space and lack of Amenities.Charges outrages cancelation fees. I did not have the membership 25 days and was charged 1/3 of a yearly membership.

Feels like a private gym. Never had to wait for equipment. Doesn't get packed. Private showers. Great customer service.

Heather did a great job of questioning my goals and explaining a plan that would assist me in attempting to satisfy them. She was very knowledgeable and did everything needed to get me started on my new journey.
