My experience at CFA has been nothing but awesome! Their coaching staff is very professional and knowledgeable and the environment is undefeated. It is my go-to gym when I’m in town and I always recommend CFA to everyone.

I moved to Florida last year and was looking around for a place to workout. I stumbled upon CrossFit Auburndale and immediately signed up. The coaches take the time to break down every movement before each workout which helps a lot. They’ve really helped pushed me to get better. I’ve noticed a big change in my body thanks to the coaches.

I love my gym! I have been at CrossFit Auburndale for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. All the coaches are so caring and genuinely love to coach. There has never been a class where I have been bored or felt lost. I’m glad I stopped fearing CrossFit and booked my Intro session with Cam. In the time I've been doing crossfit I haven't seen so much dedication to athletes, they are focused on the form and this type of service is the one you want to receive apart in the environment is wonderful, you feel welcome all the time and the Cameron and Devon coaches are wonderful, if you are looking for a place where you want to see much better shape and strength This is the place and I speak from my experience I have always had problems with the row and in one of the classes they explained to me the details I was doing wrong and the rest is history now I know how I should do the row correctly and these small details make the difference
