I love this gym, the workouts and the people. When you come here you become family. We all support each other and workout together. The classes are challenging and fun. Jake will coach you to show you can do more while making sure you are doing the exercises properly and if needed will correct you. LGF helps you to become strong and…confident!

No matter what your fitness level is you will feel comfortable stepping in to this gym. The work outs are tailored to each individual client while still being a part of a small group. Jake is knowledgeable, caring, and honestly fun! I truly love this gym and the group of people that are now friends because of this place. It’s not like any other gym I have been a part of and I am so thankful I have found my place!

Jake hosted a great workout for our girls from fsc CHAARG club! He was extremely inviting and always had modifications available. Very encouraging atmosphere, our girls loved the workout!
