Well taken Care of and clean. A very peaceful gym. Wide age range but typically more mature in years.Missing a few essentials, recommend a decline mobile bench and to rotate some of the smith machines. Missing some features like full lie down massage I’ve seen at others.. all very minor things.

Another great gym by Planet Fitness!!! As a person who travels, Planet Fitness has TONS of locations and many have been GREAT!!! This is one of the great ones! Clean, friendly n super nice staff with a smile and 24/7 WOW!!! Its worth the 30 minute drive to get here, plus I make sure to hit it as hard as I can and stay for at least 2 full hours!! Thank you!!

I signed up for the personal trainer sessions for the first time today. Why did I wait so long?? Jay is awesome! I signed for 3 in a row and got a great, challenging workout. He's attentive, professional, and has a great attitude. I was in a rut for a few months with my new job. With so much work and responsibilities, I wasn't motivated to go to the gym. Thanks to Jay and PF, I'm excited again. Thank you, thank you!!

This is one of the bigger, and better locations you will find! The staff has great leadership, and provide good customer service. The PF 360 room is a good switch up to your workout. All the equipment works & it's never really too busy... It's clean & the staff are nice.

Last week was our first time at this location. Very clean and cozy. The only thing i didn't like id the lack of a weight scale. I understand the philosophy about not judgment etc.... but we have goals to achieve and id good to talk them. But not a big issue I just got one :)Nice I can talk my success at home.We like Jay (personal trainer) and hope he gave us the tour sound the place and how he took care of us.Definitely a great place to start our Gain/ Loose Weight Resolution. My boyfriend and I are commit. Thanks!

Lots of good equipment to workout on. There is plenty of space during busy hours so you can almost always work the body part you want. It's open 24/7 with a friendly staff and affordable membership cost.

I originally rated this PF at 5-stars and am adjusting the rating due to poor customer service and shady membership policies. When the first year membership came to an end, I was told that I couldn't cancel before the day of the first year anniversary (without incurring early cancellation fees). I was told that if I came the day after, I could cancel without any fees. The next day when I tried to cancel at the gym, I was billed an annual membership fee and then refused when I asked for a refund. I was told that PF does not have a way to issue refunds and that any complaints to corporate would be pointless and directed back to the club. I don't see any way to cancel at the end of your first year membership, without incurring significant fees.Go somewhere else to workout, not this location!

Disgusted; I have been a member of Planet Fitness for over 3 years. There is one staff member named Sharon who isn’t very nice, Sharon terminated my gym membership for talking on the phone, my job requires that I am on-call 24x7, I was on the phone for approximately 1 minute, there wasn't anybody in the room that I was working out in. This rule is, I pay membership every month, never late but I need to answer my phone when it rings because of work. Then I get thrown out of the Gym for doing my job. Then I called Planet Fitness in Auburndale and Sharon hung up me, she is supposed to be a manager, I asked her questions about why she terminated my membership and told her she knew there wasn't anybody in the back room. I asked her who her manager is and she hung up on me.This is a nice gym, very clean, well maintained, and the rest of the staff are very nice and helpful, it is sad one person can ruin a good thing.Bill Angerson

After belonging to Gold's Gym/Just Move for a few years, I grew really tired of a few things: Too many people and not enough machines. Also, I don't like being locked into a contract. So, off I went looking for an alternative. It just so happened that PF had an ad on tv that week saying that I could join up for just $1, $10 per month, and no contract. So off I went to check it out. The only people who wouldn't be able to get a full workout in at this gym are the pro bodybuilders. There aren't any true benches, and no true squat racks either. No full size barbells of any kind. There are however adjustable benches and plenty of dumbbells, so you can still do chest flies. Anyway, I don't want to rant about all of that because that's not why I go to PF. I'm a cyclist/triathlete. I go to do legs and run on days with inclement weather. They have exercise bikes and dozens and dozens of treadmills/elliptical machines. Most of the people I see in the gym are there for cardio, although there are plenty of other people working out on various weight machines, which again there are plenty of. This gym is large, extremely clean and very well run. After a few months of going, I changed my membership to the $21 a month deal, still with no contract. I wanted to take advantage of the aqua massage tables, massage chairs, tanning booths and be able to bring a friend for free. I can now also use any location in the country. I'm sure they're not all as clean and well run as this one, but it doesn't really matter. I'm not really a jet setter and I usually bring my bike wherever I go and get my workout in that way. If you want to take advantage of the no contract deal, just keep checking with them and join when they have that deal going. They also have free personal trainer assistance and lots of other workouts there, although I don't do any of that. Go check it out for yourself, my fingers are tired and I promise you won't be disappointed, unless your idea of the gym is grunting noises, people talking more than working out, and everyone staring in the mirror at themselves. Yuck.
