Nice place to work out.Shower curtains in women's area need to be wider please, it's very uncomfortable showering that way. Wider curtains in women's shower area to cover completely. Thanks.

The staff are very nice and welcoming, there are many clean machines that could provide for the needs of anyone and their fitness goals.

Always a good experience. Friendly helpful staff that works hard at keeping the facilities immaculate. Ease of getting to machines you need and crowd monitor are A1! I would add an infrared sauna to complete the location. The only thing I would change is keeping the club music no more than medium so that those of us that listen to our own or audiobooks don't have to compete by exceeding save volume on earphones.

Warning "Bait and Switch" Black Card membership. Your guests CANNOT use the facilties. They can use them once. That is all. I got this from my local Lake Wales store, confirmed by Corporate. I will cancel. I joined for me to bring my wife when she can come along. Total dissapointment, not a crouding issue. Found a Store Manage with a case of "Policy" first time after almost a year. Stay away!

Lots of things at this PF could be more up to date compared to other PF gyms. It’s as if the treadmill skips a beat when running on them so I am having to settle for alternative cardio while here. I’ve been to other planet fitness that are up to date! I hope this one will upgrade soon as well.

I Absolutely Love the Hydro Massage Chairs and All the Massage Chairs!!!! I Love the Cleanliness of the Facility! I also, Love all the different equipment at the gym!

The male with the ponytail at the front desk has a fixation with his phone. If he had the same dedication to his job that he does with his hair, he'd go up the ladder faster. The gym is going downhill... There's a lot of maintenance that needs to be done to the equipment especially the Smith machines... It doesn't take long to lube them up and the lube cans are cheap.

Seems like the tanning beds always have multiple burnt out bulbs ( like 6 at a time ) Went on 6/28/23 & couldn't tan properly cause staff & management didn't know how to change the face tanning bulb, Seems like it's always something wrong these past few months. This pic is just the top portion of a bed the manager said was replaced the day before, after multiple complaints over a 2 week period, lied to me, & put me in this bed to tan.Well here it is 07/20/2023 and still not fixed ( 3 weeks later ) ! Again I was put in this bed & when I seen the same problem I asked to be put into another bed ( only 2 min into the bed being turned on ) & was told my session was expired!!! By the manager on duty, not great costumer service at all !
