Honestly my favorite gym! All the workers are very kind and welcoming! Gavin especially always greets me and everyone else I see come in with a big smile and a friendly "Enjoy your workout". We need more workers like him! :)

Been coming to the location in Plant City since November 2022. Equipment is in excellent condition. The facility includes the locker room and restrooms are keep neat and clean.

*BEWARE*This place will take your money regardless of the services they do or don't provide. Tried to cancel my membership because of no hot water in the showers. Instead of investigating and verifying my complaint, the manager "Jackie" told me (an over 40 year old man), that I must not know how a shower works. She then told me that I signed the contract and that there will no exceptions. In short, they will take your money and provide you with whatever they feel like, and apparently, there is nothing you can do about it.

My home club is a different location but I usually come to this one on Saturdays because then I go shopping in this area afterward. At first glance this club does seem smaller than others but I think it's just the layout. It seems to have everything the other locations have. I like the layout of the locker rooms better than the other locations. This place is always clean, the staff is courteous, and the regular members are very friendly and welcoming. I love coming to this location!

I specifically give this PF location a 5 out of 5 stars rating because Kayla was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not to mention the place was clean, and all the machines were operational.

Stopped by to check the facility out and to check the staff out.Even though the place only had about a half dozen people using the equipment, the staff made it feel like they were being rushed for some reason. The young man giving us our tour must have been new as his presentation was pretty choppy, and some of his information needed fact-checking.
