Wasn't going to leave a review but got a call from the employee saying he would honor it if i gave him a 5 star review. Well here you go bud. Came in around 4pm Sunday 9/17. Got their 3 day pass online. Didn't get to use it. I was upfront with the kid at the front desk and told him only reason I was trying it out was because there were no L.A. fitness around the area. As soon as I told him that his demeanor changed. He was like " So you're not planning on joining?" Uh, can I get a chance to decide? Said he couldn't honor it because I'm not from the area. Cool, wasn't planning on joining, but even if there was an ounce of me changing gyms this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. Do employees not know the first thing about customer service? Should have known, he was talking to a customer on the phone and hung up and said "why people on the phone be acting weird" out load. Bro do your job and stop complaining. You smoke weed you should be at peace. If it ain't working for yah stop smoking it. Anyways on my way to my 5 star gym L.A. fitness đź’Ş

Gym is always busy and is very small, very little of important and mostly occupied equipment but full of things people, classes, and trainers don’t even use. If the gym isn’t small enough already the “stretching”, room and turf work out area get reserved for classes and anyone already there before classes are told off or called security on. People are weird and mostly there just to take pictures or video and say they go to the gym while just keeping equipment occupied so other people can’t use it. If you could go to another gym it would probably be a better and more enjoyable experience than going here especially during afternoon or evening’s.

I had the pleasure of interacting with the gym manager at Crunch Lancaster Steven, and I must say that their professionalism and customer service were truly outstanding. From the moment walked into the gym, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude. The manager's dedication to ensuring that every member felt valued and supported was evident in their interactions. They were always ready to answer questions, provide guidance on workouts, and offer assistance whenever needed.Furthermore, the manager's professionalism was exemplary. They consistently maintained a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring that equipment was well-maintained and readily available. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety made me feel comfortable and I was able to renew my membership I love this gym highly recommended.

I went here for a day and paid for a day pass and it was great the gym was clean and didn't smell like BO the machines were a little different but I loved them the only thing that was a little annoying was how hard the guy was pushing the membership other than that the gym was cool

Why's it so hard to be clear about your hours? Cardio equipment is usually free. Forget about finding free weights or equipment. Staff member who canceled my membership had a attitude with me for no good reason. If you get a membership here prepare to deal with a lot of peacocks and staff pushing their powders and suplements.

I was really hoping this gym would be there for me while being new to town but no. The hours are not 24 hours. Only open 7-7 on weekends. Holiday hours changed with no notice. If I try to go after work the gym is packed to the gills and you …

My second review. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. I tried three times to cancel after I signed up during a promotion. I canceled within the grace period. I finally had to go in after two previous attempts to cancel and get loud and upset, which is not my personality at all. They did finally cancel my membership after that, but have STILL not reimbursed me for the $80 they charged me after I canceled the first time. It has been four months.

It was okay. Place is always busy. Everyone is pretty nice. They have cool machines. Most of the weight lifting area is always occupied by the regulars. The weight machine's they do have usually people hanging all over them chatting. I went as a guest and they would not stop calling me. They really wanted me sign up. I told them I wasn't interested but they'd set appointments up for me to meet with someone in person anyways. I never even agreed these appointments then they would call me to tell me I missed my appointment and reschedule me even though I'd tell them not to. Super aggressive with trying to get people to sign up. And i don't know if this was coincidence or not but after I blocked their number and sent an unsubscribe email, I started getting a lot of spam mail ...about 30 to 40 a day.
