As someone who is more introverted, this is the perfect gym for me. I made the switch a couple of months ago and will never go back to a more public gym. There is every machine you could ask for, it is never packed, and the vibes are all around awesome no matter what time you go. It is definitely a safe and comfortable place to be and I highly recommend!!

Small neighborhood gym with 85% of the equipment that a larger facility might have.Never crowded, not a lot of 'posers', most clients are there to get their workout and leave.Friendly clientele, senior friendly, and management is personable.

Perfect little gym. Did a day pass since I’m from SD, but here for the holidays. Will definitely use this gym again when I come to visit. Only 10$ for a day pass. Definitely check it out
