One of the things I like about The Camp right now is the motivation of all the people who work there and the fantastic classes from the trainers.

I have been a member for 9 months. I have tried gyms prior to attending The Camp but just didn't like the vibe. Here at The Camp, the staff & trainers are awesome and everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. The Camp has been a great experience, physically & mentally. Thank you AFF

These guys are like family. Been there for me in my highs and lows. You enter a gym to lose weight...yea...but CAMP provides the path to weight loss and more. What you truly need with that weight loss determination is motivation, knowledge, guidance, love, cooperation and discipline. These guys are the ones. You'll never be alone and you'll reach your goal with CAMP right beside you. CAMP is now my forever family and I Love, Love, Love them to the moon and back.

I've been a regular CampTC member since May of this year. I love this gym! Why? The gym offers different kinds of exercises every day, not always the same. They change it up and incorporate different kinds of exercises to help you toward your fitness goals. The trainers push you and challenge you during your 45 minute non-stop workout. I considered myself in pretty good shape, but when I started it challenged me a lot and must say it was a humbling experience. The type of exercise I would consider this is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Definitely will help you improve your health and fitness if you stay committed and maintain a proper nutritional diet. I will admit, the membership is pricey, but worth every penny!

This camp changed my life. I’m so happy and satisfied with the results. I started in January and I already loss more than 30 pounds. I highly recommend this camp to anyone looking to get in shape and loss weight. All the trainers are great and the front desk workers are always nice and helpful.

I’m not going to lie I was kind of skeptical about this place when I walked in. My wife signed me up for the 21 day slim down. I will say it probably has been the best thing to happen for my weight loss journey. This place is awesome. It’s like a family in this place. There’s no judgement only hard working people who all have the same goals but we all have different reasons. I recommend this place to anyone looking to better themselves. I feel great and I’m ready to lose another 20 lbs. 💪🏼

Came here ready to join as I have friends that have had great experiences and results from similar camps in other cities. The Young Man that was there to answer my questions was rude and pushy. Said I needed to lose the weight they wanted me to lose. Not what goal I wanted for myself. After his pushy attitude and telling me it's better to be rock hard and muscular that have a little cushion. Well I like some thickness to myself and who am I doing this for my preference or his? I'll go somewhere else. Where it's about the customer goals not the employees or companies

I love the team work in getting this extra weight off! People put a value on the food they eat, the clothes they wear, but little do they value what it takes to care for your body! People are afraid to pay to get help to lose weight, because we think it won't happen. I'm so happy I looked beyond my fear and took a chance! My body, heart, mind, and soul thanks me for giving me a chance to win! It's hard work, but it really pays off!

I have struggled with my weight for many years and many different strategies. I went to the orientation at The Camp and while I was excited I was a little hesitant. I still went home and asked for the challenge as a Christmas gift. As it turns out my brother did the honors as a post-Christmas gift. My first week, I was exhausted. I attended the 5 am class and would crawl back into bed as soon as I got home. I needed a power nap! But it got easier. The meal planning was easy but keeping to the schedule was the biggest challenge and making sure I got 7 hours of sleep. Each Monday was nerve racking! However, the staff was amazingly supportive. I was down 4.2lbs the first week and had really hoped for more. Feeling discouraged, I confided in the trainer and his response changed my whole outlook. He said “only 16lbs to go”. I had been looking at my total weight loss goal rather than focusing on the challenge at hand; 20lbs! I ended up losing 25.5 lbs in the 6 weeks! It was not linear (as they will tell you). The camaraderie at The Camp and strategically designed accountability threaded throughout program will push your and support you through to success. One meal at a time, one workout at a time, one pound at a time… best decision of 2016! My brother stated, best $497 he ever spent! If in doubt, work it out and make it happen; you won’t regret it.

Well I signed up for the 20 pound weight lost challenge in 6 weeks. Let me tell you they will kick your butt into shape! If you don't loose the 20 pounds in 6 weeks, you've done something wrong! This just isn't a gym though, its more like a family pushing to take charge of your health. From Day 1 you'll realize that this place doesn't even work like a gym. Most of the time everyone is working on the same or similar exercises, and then you switch to a new exercise, similar to circuit training. In the later weeks it gets changed up slightly, and goes to more of a traditional Gym style where you go by reps. Overall 5 out of 5. The people are nice, and they push you in the right way. The equipment is quality, and the facility is kept clean and at comfortable temperatures. They play a pretty good mix of different workout music, and they're pretty good as accommodating people with special needs: surgeries, health problems, and diets. The only real complaint that I have, is the facility itself is a little small. But you're going there to work out, so it's really not that big of a deal.
