The exceptional customer service that i received at FitStop24 has changed my life.The owners have showed me that they are more concerned about the personal health of their customers and members then trying to fill their gym with peoplelooking doe a quick fix.Every trainer cares about the health and safety of their members. For my health issues they have always given modifications or alternatives that would meet my personal fitness needs.I would encourage everyone to give them a try. Trying them once willmake you love them and automatically feel like a member of the family. A family who cares about the whole person: mind and body.

Great little gym, perfect for what you need. I was in town for work and they have plans that are weekly and cheap enough to allow me to workout on the road. Gym was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely if I am back in Lansing for work I will train there again. 🇨🇦🇨🇦 …
