I try to workout at the gym, including use of the amenities about 5x per week. I can't remember a time where I wasn't greeted with genuine and warm smiles from the staff and friendly chit chat. They genuinely feel happy to see me. The gym, black club area and bathrooms are ALWAYS super clean and tidy. You can tell the management team here is top notch and encourages a great attitude as they go above and beyond to make all who enter feel at home and comfortable to work out at their own pace. I love my gym and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great club!

I love Holt, MI Planet Fitness. I do request an evaluation of a procedure that the lead person at the desk says can not be changed.In the area with the new massage chairs there is a large screen TV about 4-5 feet from where we are trying to relax. It is on everyday with the loud sound on. I have asked those at the desk to mute the sound but their response was, "it is not allowed". Very close by the massage chairs is another large screen TV with music playing loud. In this environment there is no relaxation for those of us who would just like a few minutes of peace.I want to point out that the Massage beds do not have any noise to interrupt those that need a bit of quiet. No TV or music. I am asking that you reevaluate the policies at Holt Planet Fitness and consider turning the TV to mute at all times in the area of the massage chairs. Thank you for your consideration. Please let me know what your decision is.

The facility is very clean and the early morning people are very friendly. They even know your name!They recently upgraded the equipment and the environment is very comfortable.

My husband and I have been working out at Planet Fitness for the past year after moving to Holt. We have always been pleased with the customer service and overall workout experience. Unfortunately, the cardio machines have recently been switched from the Life Fitness brand, which we loved to Matrix and the machines are completely uncomfortable. We are unhappy with the new treadmills and ellipticals, which is what we use for cardio. Nothing was wrong with the old equipment so we aren't sure why the equipment was changed but we will be transferring our membership to Okemos. They still have the Life Fitness brand equipment.

Couldn't be happier with this best kept secret of a gem in the fitness world. Been to other locations and there is no comparison. Very clean. Staff is incredible. I don't want to say more in risk of disclosing this fine location.
