I love my local Planet Fitness. I always leave laughing and joking around with the wonderful staff. The trainer and the staff are all great. Also, the gym itself is exactly what I look for—ample machines and not over populated. The price of $30/month to use all PF locations and all of the extras (tanning, etc) is unbeatable. Very happy with this gym.

Overall a nice gym when you can actually get in to use the place. It's so busy I don't go most of the time now. All treadmills are full and it takes an hour to use any of the tanning/ massage equipment.

I was genuinely surprised by how nice it was. The staff is polite and helpful. The gym is clean. There is a large array of equipment with multiples of almost everything. I will not remove any stars due to the negatives associated with this gym because they really are not the fault of the gym. The parking lot here is atrocious! There are really nasty pot holes all over. The other negative is some of the gym goers. It isn't common but there are folks that hog equipment and/or refuse to follow other simple rules such as working a circuit when in a specific area dedicated to it. Obviously, rude people are not the fault of the gym and are something to have to deal with when there is such a large group of people gathered in one place. Overall it is great.

I loved my time at Planet Fitness. The staff was so friendly, the facility was clean, and the other members were nice too! I ended my membership because life got in the way and I found that I was not making time for workouts. Add to that purchasing a home, and outside costs needed to be cut. I will definitely join again once life balances back out!

Love this location! Amazing how clean it is considering this location is always busy. The down side is they switched to paper towels that don't work. I hate the paper towels and it just adds so much waste. If you aren't sure what I'm talking about, go into your bathroom and read what the air dryer says. Because of the switch and not having the towels and cleaning solution on almost all machines, I'm not seeing the equipment being wiped down as much.

The staff at this location are super friendly, funny, and always make you feel welcome. They’re also extremely helpful with any questions you have. Every time I’m at the gym, someone is cleaning something, so the gym is always very clean. The equipment is also kept in good working order. I take classes with the trainer (Ben) and even though I’ve been doing them for over a year I still feel challenged. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Update 2/25/19: So disappointed to see that this location switched to paper towels instead of microfiber. More than half the dispensers are empty so it's a hunt to find some to clean your machine. It's taking away from the productivity of workouts because I'm spending 3 minutes wandering around between each machine trying to find a paper towel. It adds up quick. The convenience of the microfiber on most machines was a huge perk, not to mention way more eco-friendly.Original Review: Great gym! Well maintained and clean. Lots of nice, new equipment. Locker rooms are nice. Black Card area is great too. Love the red light therapy being included.

Love this Planet Fitness location!! The club is always clean and the staff is always friendly and really helpful! Especially the personal trainer Ben Farkas!! He is so encouraging and motivational, he is the main reason I go! I hate working out, but he makes it fun, and not so blah! Anyway, love this location and the staff!

Nice place. Usually not crowded at all unless you hit the peak times like after work. Even then you can still squeeze in a work out. Place is pretty clean as they clean often. Equipment is new and rarely not working. Most staff is very friendly and helpful.

ETA 2/14/18 - it turns out even though I signed for a 12 month contract I'm not able to cancel without the buy out fee of $58 before the 13th month and the second annual membership are due. There was probably fine print about it but it certainly was not clear. I did end up cancelling early for personal reasons and paying the buy out fee. Austin was helpful and nice about it, which was a plus.Overall I'm really happy to have my membership here. It's very clean, spacious and modern. I feel safe and comfortable working out here. The locker room is nice and kept clean. The advertised membership price of $10 a month is a little misleading but still the total cost is very reasonable and all the paperwork when signing up is clear and simple. The staff is very good at cleaning but they are not friendly or enthusiastic, which is the one thing I would change if I could. One time several people were waiting to check in while the one staff member at the desk was on the phone and presumably using the computer. He didn't acknowledge the people waiting to check in. It was uncomfortable. When I've asked questions, I've received efficient and clear answers but no friendliness. There is generally a feeling of head down and keep to yourself, which I wasn't quite expecting. I think if the staff were friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming, that could spread and make the whole atmosphere more upbeat and enjoyable.
