Green filter light has been off on the drinking fountain for over a year and a half and they've done nothing to fix it even though they've been made aware. New cardless check in is a joke and slower than before.

I work an odd schedule and I go to the gym at a range of times and that Planet Fitness is open to accommodate my schedule is the best part about the gym!The gym is also clean, the equipment is nice, and the staff have all been friendly and pleasant.

This Planet Fitness has been an absolute gem during the era of social distancing and keeping equipment ultra clean. Whenever I am working out, there is at least one employee thoroughly cleaning equipment. Others are kindly welcoming members and they do an awesome job of enforcing the mask wearing and social distancing, which I was initially really concerned about when heading back into the gym. I truly appreciate this team's commitment to adhering to the current "Covid-prevention" guidelines. The equipment is in top shape as well. Thank you so much and keep up the good work! :)

Great place to work out. Small, but very good use of the space. Has everything you need to stay fit and healthy. A big plus is that they are not too crazy on the ridiculous mask use and lets you not wear one if actively working out so you can actually breathe! Awesome Hydro Massage as well. Friendly staff and fitness class trainers. Affordable and well worth it!

I love it so far. It's clean and they have the cleaning supplies there so you can wipe down the equipment. It's not too big but big enough. People mind their business so you don't have to be embarrassed about if someone is looking at you. The hours are convenient. They have fitness trainers, and classes you can join..

Great gym! Always lots of available machines. Very clean and machines are generally always working. Staff very friendly. Wish they offered classes and had more space for individual workouts/stretching, but overall, very happy with this gym!

They have extremely friendly and helpful staff. The facility and equipment are very well maintained and extremely clean. They are straight forward with their pricing, so there are no shady negotiations when it comes to signing up. Great gym at an amazing price.

I like this facility. It is close to home. Never crowded. If you like to just go in and do your thing with no communication with staff other than greeting you when you first come in, this is the place for you. It is clean. I have the black card and haven't utilized all of the benefits that come with it, but I suppose I should or downgrade.

I like our location fine, and for the most part, it's just that--fine. The staff does a good job keeping locker rooms and workout areas clean. There are enough inconveniences, though, that noticeably affect my visits. The water fountain is almost always out of order in some form. There are always a few cardio machines out of order, which isn't bad if it's a treadmill, since there are plenty, but when it's a stationary bike or stair machine it's terrible, as there are only a few to begin with. I also don't think our location takes the "member appreciation" days seriously. The bagels/coffee are never there before 8 am, by which time most of the morning crowd has already left, and same thing with the pizza--always gets there super late and there's never really enough for people. So overall, nothing that would make me cancel my membership, but wouldn't pay more than I'm paying because it baseline just gets the job done.

The staff at the Holt, MI Cedar St. location are stellar! The place is kept up beautifully. Doesn’t even smell like a gym! Equipment is clean and working smoothly. This is also due to respectful patrons doing their part. The price can not be beat. I was paying $65 per month with a fraction of the perks. So worth driving an extra few miles!!!!
