My Name is above and I've sent 25 email to corporate office as well as the franchise office I was in the hydro massage in Lansing and the co-worker told me to leave the session and the manager on-site told me not to leave it was so embarrassing the lady was hollered at me

T MONEY!!!!! ( tennille) is a rock star!!! By far the shining light of the gym. She made my experience so pleasant. Her customer service is second to none!!!!

First of all, let me start by saying I love Planet Fitness and this location. I have been coming here since they opened. With that being said, I feel like things lately have been going downhill.Is it not the policy of Planet Fitness that super setting is not allowed? Because it has been happening A LOT here lately! Staff should be out walking around and letting members know that this is against policy. I have also notice a lot of people with bags on the gym floor which there are signs all over stating is not allowed, but again, staff do not walk around the gym to enforce anything.When I am approached by someone super setting and they tell me they are still on a machine I am about to get on, I politely tell them that you cannot physically occupy 2 different pieces of equipment and that usually ends the conversation, I have not yet had anyone fight back as I feel like MOST people go here know that you are not supposed to do super sets.This is the busiest time of year at the gym and it's rude that people try to occupy more than one machine or take numerous sets of dumbells to their bench, but, if the staff would be more engaged in what is going on by walking around and saying something when they see these things, hopefully it would be an end to it. I think it has gotten bad because people are getting away with it.Also, why does it seem like there are so many benches missing? this seems to be an issues daily and I feel like there used to be plenty of benches at this location. It's frustrating when you go to use a smith machine and someone has taken the bench over to the free weight area just to use as a coat rack and place to set their bag. Maybe you guys could figure out a way to attach the benches to each smith machine while still making them moveable for squats and hip thrusts?

Friendly staff helps whenever needed. Machines always are all working smooth with few problems. Using my black card for tanning super easy. I also live if N. Ft Myers, FL and Attend the Cape Coral Planet Fitness when down there. The Black card makes attending Planet Fitness wherever you are in the USA easy and seamless. Thank You Planet Fitness.

Justin is so helpful and very understanding, he is the best manager you can ask for at planet fitness on Saginaw Highway, if you’re in a tough situation he’s very reasonable with you and tries his best to do anything he can to accommodate you I highly recommend this building and this place to work out because they treat everyone there with respect and answer questions very thoroughly. Thank you again just in for talking to me on the phone, this was Evan the one with the custody problems lol

The cancellation process needs to be updated. It’s not by coincidence that you can sign up online easily without going into the club sign your name but to cancel you have to come in to sign your name. I wrote the general manager and got a rude response from him. Was refunded one month of my membership but I’m still getting charged even though I canceled. I had to go up to the club and cancel for a second time even though I stated that I had already sent the cancellation via mail and this was very inconvenient for me based on my circumstances. The assistant manager told me to keep plugging away and the general manager said they were gracious for refunding me one month to begin with.***UpdateWas promised a refund from the general manager of the Lansing West Saginaw location and still have not received it. Just spoke with the assistant manager and when I asked him about the refund he responded “didn’t we already talk about this?” I’m going to be sure to tell as many people as possible about the service at the location. Really unprofessional. Headed over to Yelp to leave another review.

Charged my husband for a membership he canceled in 2017. Called to inquire about canceling and the "manager" told us that it's "not their problem" then decided to hang up on him. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The person working after 10pm the past two nights has been really helpful. There was a miscommunication on my account and we thought my guest was banned but he let us in anyways before I was able to talk to a manager about it. Very friendly!!

good equipment and about as clean as a public gym gets. sometimes gets a bit packed but never too crowded, even at peak hours. would be better if they stayed open past 7 on the weekend though.

To all planet fitness locations 24/5 means 24 hours a day 5 days a week I literally just had the holt location Keegan to be exact tell me it’s 24/5 and I said “ oh so it’s open 24 hours today? ( on Friday )? He said no… it’s open till 9 on the weekends… yo so it’s 24/4? Cause you’ve all told me 24/5… he said no it’s 24/5 lol so I said you guys are open for 24 hours a day Monday through Thursday? He said “ yeah “ bro that’s 24 hours a day four days a week. So y’all 24/4 stop false advertising I’ve walked in on Friday with my lil time I got and tried to hit the gym and gotten kicked out after 30 mins.. cause of this 24/4 is not 24/5 😂💯 end of discussion .
