Probably some of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND UPSETTING customer service. The front desk doesn't have any kind of training or experience. I was there with one of my friend and I was shocked to see that they FORCED HIM TO CANCEL his existing membership which he was having from years and signup for a new high priced membership. I have never seen that kind of behavior from any organization which FORCED their customers to change their membership. Deserves a ZERO rating but they make you select at least one star. Poor business skills. As a small business owner, you do not practice like this.

Had a new debit card come in the mail and forgot to update the billing information for the gym. I got stopped by an employee after scanning my keycard and told that I have to update my billing information at my home club due to an "outstanding" balance of $20.00. Mind you, I got this membership in Indiana due to travel for work. They advised that the only way I could update this was to literally drive 220 miles round trip to update my billing information at my home club to have it switched. The younger lady working the desk then had the AUDACITY to ask me if I would like to workout today for a charge of $5.00....Even the club in Indiana told me the same result and did not know what to do with the account information like this has never happened before. After taking matter into my own hands, I was able to contact the automated billing department for Planet Fitness and updated my information. It should be noted when reviewing this post to please train your staff on how to deal with transactions with current members. 1,000% canceling my membership after this transaction processes tomorrow.

I was a new member that was going to the gym almost every single day and I loved it. However, I was met by a incredibly unprofessional employee who interrupted and shouted at me in front of my guest and another member of the club. Jenne was the employee and she was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I then went back the next day and took my 68 year old mother the next day and they informed me that she needed to leave because of the stretchy material jean pants that she was wearing. My mother is a bigger woman who had weight loss surgery and certain clothes don't fit or aren't comfortable. There wasn't even a conversation form the manager of the facility, we were just told to get out.... It was very unprofessional and not the way that planet fitness claims to represent themselves... a quote from your website..."It’s our goal to provide a clean, safe, welcoming environment for ANYONE who walks through our door, and all the equipment, amenities and support you need once you’re here."I wont be back. I cancelled my membership and I went to Cruch fitness, where they have the same amenities, better customer service, and they don't judge their paying customers based on what they wear.Welcome to Planet Fitness. The Judgement Free Zone®"It is not right that Planet Fitness allows its associates to discriminate and treat their paying customers so poorly. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

Ending my membership immediately. The morning employees are absolutely incompetent, lazy and just rude.Paper towel dispensers or cleaning sprays are never filled, tanning beds are never cleaned, showers are absolutely disgusting, some workers interrupt my workout to inform me of information that is non informative.Discrimination among person to person being displayed at this facility.Would never go back and would never recommend this facility.

Just joined Planet Fitness this past weekend. Didn't sign up for orientation or anything, downloaded the app and gave them my money. Process was easy and the app has your membership barcode in there so it's easy to "swipe" in when you arrive. I have only worked out there twice so haven't checked out the locker room or other amenities outside of the main area. Equipment is in good condition and looks clean, the other patrons are polite and wipe down equipment somewhat regularly. It wasn't crowded when I went but it will be interesting to see how hectic it gets after work. I am bummed that there are no free weights in terms of plates and barbells, all barbells are part of machines which probably reduces PF's insurance liability but also cuts down on being able to do the fun lifts. Overall I'll be returning to this gym, partly because I have a membership.

So I was checking times to make sure I had my timing right this morning and read a bunch of comments that seemed bogus for this location, here's mine. The place is usually pretty clean, after going for sometime and having been to a few other gyms this place is a solid 8. Somethings can't be helped pertaining to public places and some people have revolting gym/bathroom habits. With Cov19, I left and they made that easy once the doors opened again and no hidden charges so I came back once the concerns hadn't inflated or inflamed. The hours changed but it's not a deal breaker or impossible to manage. Traffic is my only concern and its also easily managed so not really an issue as well. The staff is good, doing their jobs and keeping the place clean and peaceful as I've never heard complaining or disputes. Between price, care, and hours like I said, an 8 overall. Its not a country club with gold faucets and an attendant holding towels, etc. I don't have a horse in this race so if it seems I'm being kind, probably because its earned, an if things change, it's after the fact...

I honestly don't think you can beat the price for a gym especially with all the perks, but the whole place is managed so poorly. The 30 minute workout is always full of people not following the rules, even though it says it's monitored by the staff it's not, which is really frustrating for the people who actually want to use it for the 30 minute workout. Also, the whole set up for tanning is extremely annoying. It's like the workers don't understand the idea of a line. It's very frustrating when I'm waiting 10-15 minutes to use a tanning bed, and someone who just walks in takes my place because the workers didn't look at who was supposed to be next. This happens to me almost every time i have to wait for a bed, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Gets a little crowded. The staff has been good to me but they wont let my lady use my free tanning. Great deal for a gym. This would be a 5 if they let my fiancee use the tanning that I obviously cant use.

Lost my keys there and that same day they went out of their way to try and contact me multiple times to make sure I got it back something I am very grateful for. Staff is very quick and takes care of business efficiently. The only main downside I have isj that they make the process for canceling membership somewhat difficult and hidden. Also date which you are charged does change on occasion and there's never any forewarning of the biannual charge. I have been overdrafted on my account because I was not prepared for their biannual charge which is not advertised or emailed our explain to me when I am in the gym.

So far the only issue I have with this facility is the architect(s) apparently have never had to use a locker room. The layout isn't designed well. It doesn't have to be very busy at all and you're having to wait for someone to get done and out of the way so you can occupy the space, or you may wind up cramped up with two other people into a small area with benches too short to be useful. Not good when someone likes to primp themselves for a long time.
