Crunch Fitness - Laredo

Hasn’t provided water to drink for customers in weeks. They don’t sell bottled water, their water fountains don’t work so your only option is to walk down the road and buy water from the grocery store. I’ll remove this review when they stop risking the health of paying customers.

It is a good gym, a lot of machines, a lot of free weights, great service great environment and friendly staff, but sadly there is a lot of people with no discipline at all, users keep leaving weights all over the gym, they keep leaving machines with weights on without putting them back in the rack, i am one of the few who try to put every weight back to its place when i see them just in the floor and i also one of the few who leave the machines ready and clean for the next person in line.

Solid gym in laredo for my limited time I've been home this gym has fulfilled the need to lift some weights. Though I have to admit I have to go with my little brother because he had the membership. As far as I know it's kinda contract based you can't cancel until 3 months aswell as paying the annual fee.

Very spacious gym yet, still crowded due to low membership cost. Still lacking vital machines such as leg extensions and leg curls, a few benches as well. Those are always taken. Peak hours are the worst time to go and even non-peak hours, it's still very active but at least able to get your workouts in comfortably and timely.

Place is big just not big enough

They say there is no contract, yet after supposedly telling me it’s cancelled they keep charging me.

It's good. Excellent equipment & everything. My only gripe is that sometimes it get a bit overcrowded & also, the hours on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays are lame.

JUST HORRIBLE. they say no contract yet to cancel your membership there's a whole list of requirements, and they still won't let you, I literally had to go get a whole new bank account because they just keep on charging it after I have a document by them saying its cancelled. Mario Cadena sucks as a "manager" he is so unprofessional and fights(verbally) instead of helping customers. The girls they have in the front too Alexis specially they just laugh at you like ? I am trying to cancel what's so funny about it, they lied and told me we will give you a call back in 30 min, a whole hour and 30 min passed and nothing!

Absolutely great courtesy service from Blanca. A wide range of machines, tanning beds and sauna. Monthly pop up shops and great sponsorships with partnerships. Very clean and friendly environment. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your gym needs.

Stopped by Sunday to acquire on pricing and the front clerk looked in a bad mood. I asked if there was a tour. She said you can walk by yourself. I guess I can walk out myself as well.
