Great gym! Doesn’t have a lot of machines like the bigger gyms do but it’s a great vibe and enough equipment to grow and change your physique with.

Best gym in the area. Love that you can let yourself in anytime. Never very busy. Machines are great. Very clean and organized.

Absolutely loved it!! Best equipment available with any attachment needed. I appreciated having bands, wedges, and other useful equipment I usually have to buy my own and carry around the gym. Not here!! They have it all!

Javi- Not as big as Justin but could probably beat him in a fight, kinda looks like Justins little brother. Says he is trying to get snacks*Update- He got limited snacks, and they are pretty good aswellJustin- he plays Xbox and manages to be jacked, so that’s cool. He likes food and I like food so I can relate. I also like his truck(gone but not forgotten)Annie- pretty cool, opens the door regularly. Has upped her game over the past few months, one of the top tier coaches nowJaivon- top tier, w coach, he likes marvel and dc and I can vibe with that. Also he can basically box jump onto the roofJess- she’s new and likes the air bike ALOT, besides the airbike thing she is good

Great gym! They have the absolute best equipment(prime and arsenal). Staff is very helpful and friendly. I wish I I had a gym like this back home.

PUSH is a small gym with nice machines and no lines. Their trainers are certified professionals in fitness and nutrition. You might pay a little more than chain gyms but you’re paying for quality - worth it. Ask for Ainne!

I have been working with the trainers at PUSH for about 9 months. Most of it with Justin, but several trainers have helped me. They are all excellent. I am no spring chicken so I came in with several week spots and issues due to various old injuries. They have expertly navigated me through those in ways I could have never done myself. I am in the best shape I have been in many years. I highly recommend them.

Coach Ainne is very helpful and caring. She makes it fun!!
