My son was attending PUSH for sports athletic training and was quickly seeing results from his training . He started following a meal plan and got to where he needed to be for the football season. As I was watching him succeed I decided to make a change for my self as well. I asked Jordan if she took on middle aged moms who need help and was just tired of sitting on the sidelines. It was the best call I ever made. Small changes made a huge difference. I started on the custom meal plan and personal trainings to get myself comfortable in the gym again. I lost 35 pounds in 7 months and currently maintaining beautifully. Love this little jewel of a gym.

There aren't enough words to describe how much I love this gym! Extremely clean, top of the line equipment and an awesome, energetic vibe. Drew, Jordan, Victoria and Javon are extremely knowledgeable in their field- not to mention all super nice and friendly! I have been working with Jordan on my nutrition and Victoria with private training and I am already starting to see major improvements in my health and energy. I have joined and been with ALOT of different gyms and trainers and have never felt quite "at home" like I do here! :) Highly recommend you trying it out- you will not be sorry- promise! 😊

I was here on vacation and checked out PUSH to workout a few times. What a fantastic facility, everything in the gym is "like new" and spotless with the latest machines and attachments. I have been lifting weights for over 20 years and never saw some of this leading edge equipment. The staff was friendly, answered my questions, and gave me a few tips. This is a locally owned and managed small business with a high tech look and down to earth atmosphere. If I lived here, this would be my spot. Well done PUSH! Setting the bar!

PUSH is the last place you will ever need to look for a strength/fitness facility! Always clean, always friendly, and most importantly, always knowledgeable! My daughter recently signed to play Division 1 soccer, and her ability to increase and maintain physical strength, mobility and agility, keeping her healthy on the field, is directly related to her 5 years of training with Drew, Jordan and Jaivon. In addition, she has loved every minute of the process! As she began her training journey with Drew, I, personally, observed his modalities, methods and mindset and decided to begin training with him, myself. I have been training with him for almost 4 years, and I have loved every minute! In fact, my younger son AND my husband train at PUSH as well--it's a family affair! The staff at PUSH will ALWAYS put the client first! You won't find better...you just won't!

Drew and Jordan Brannon are excellent coaches who truly care about the needs of their clients. Jordan has been coaching me for several months now and goes the extra mile each week to facilitate putting my goal into an action plan. Jordan has been doing my meal plans for 3 months, her communication is on point, very thorough and professional. I love training at PUSH you feel important, it’s very personal and their equipment is the best around. You won’t find a gym in the area like it. You feel like family and you are family when you join a part of PUSH.

We have trained with Drew and Jordan for 6 years! They are family. My boys, who are all athletes, have trained for their sports with them and their trainers. This is home. I’ve always felt comfortable with our boys being in the gym regarding a healthy environment and safety. We’ve all had personal training as well as classes. It’s all great! They work so hard to keep it clean and sanitary. Their gym equipment is always being updated. I can’t say enough how good it feels to work out with them!

Wanting to add to my prior post (below) - During the pandemic, PUSH has gone the extra mile to ensure that those working out are safe and that the gym is kept very clean. And Victoria has been a fabulous trainer, continuing on with PUSH's mission of working with every member to achieve their goals. Try out PUSH - you will be happy you did!My daughter and I have worked out with Drew and Jordan from the beginning. The classes are challenging with a great variety. The coaches are knowledgeable and engaged, and always encourage me to get the most out of my workouts. Drew and Jordan played a significant role in getting my daughter into the prime college athlete status she is in today. Can't recommend highly enough.

When returning home from college for thanksgiving/Winter Break, I was burnt out mentally, out of shape, unmotivated, and lost control of my physical health. This gym changed my life and relationship with fitness to help me get back on track physically and mentally. Drew and Jordan welcomed me into the P.U.S.H family with open arms and made the gym feel like a second home. I started doing small group fitness classes with Coach Victoria 5 times a week, who is amazing. She is so motivating, and makes every single class interesting and challenging. The workouts were constantly being changed week to week, and she made sure each client always had proper form, and was pushing themselves to their full potential. The facility is gorgeous! It is always super clean, has amazing equipment, and the music is awesome.P.U.S.H also offers an amazing nutrition program. When leaving to go back to college I started the nutrition program with Coach Jordan. Being in college life gets kind of crazy. Coach Jordan made sure I was prepared mentally for this new journey, and has been an amazing Coach throughout. The plan is fully customizable to your preferences and fitness goals, which I appreciate being on a college student budget and time schedule. Since starting my overall journey with P.U.S.H I have regained my strength, confidence, and even lost 10 pounds. While eating awesome meals!If you're looking for a gym that keeps you motivated, treats you like family, and genuinely wants to see you reach your goals then P.U.S.H is your place to go.

This is the LAST gym you will ever need to join. From the very first email, to the very first visit, the communication and professionalism has far exceeded my expectations. I just recently joined PUSH, but in my short time there, it’s nothing short of everything I could want in a gym setting. I wanted something that felt like “home” and this was it. Jordan and Victoria have been amazing. Catering to my individual needs and immediately changing things specific to me with the nutrition program as I venture on this journey. The gym is clean and spacious and the equipment is extremely nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to be able to be yourself while having the support of the staff while you focus on your goals.
