Have been with Planet fitness for 7 years in three states. I moved into a new place that has a gym. Have tried canceling my membership for three months now. I keep getting charged. I don’t live in this area anymore so I keep leaving messages for the manager and am told I will get a call. Never received one. Just was charged again two days ago. Drove to the location, canceled again and was told I will be charged next month as well due to cancellation after charge date. This place is full of incompetent individuals starting at the top. Now I am forced to dispute the charges with my bank and cancel my card. Really wish someone just knew what they were doing. That’s part of your job. It wasn’t a big deal the first two months. Now I’m at $40 something dollars and it the principal of not being cancelled and never receiving a call or anything. It’s not a lot of money. It’s just very frustrating. If I keep getting charged after I cancel my card and goes to some collections, I will seek compensation at this location. Bunch of idiots. I was patient for months. Now it’s ridiculous.

Just your average gym. It’s quiet and never crowded. Definitely my favorite. Just be sure to watch the hours. They’re not 24 hours on the weekends.

Buyer beware...James Sayre doesn't have an account, but gets charged??? Stolen Identity, police and court papers served and they still charge James Sayre??? Personally think they are the ones that stole my information. Brandy needs fired
