This place is awesome! I have been a member at other gyms, but nothing compares to the customer service at Planet Fitness! They have one (1) manager named Jeff who is awesome. John and Raven are always there to greet me with a smile. Don't be fooled by these other $10 a month gyms that promise the same or better experience, you'll end up back at PF in no time!

This is a secondary location that I visit between shifts at work and compared to my home location in Port Richey, this gym is lacking despite drawing a larger crowd. The staff doesn't leave the desk ever, despite there being multiple people present. No one walks around to check if the cleaners or paper towels are empty or if stations have enough weights or attachments or just to tidy up areas of the gym, they have to be told when something is empty or missing.The attachments for the adjustable pulley machines are limited, there are none to use for leg exercises. After talking with the staff I was informed that the owner had bought them before but they had been stolen so he will no longer buy more. They suggested I buy my own equipment and bring it with me - which is absolutely ridiculous! If the staff actually stepped onto the workout floor and paid attention, maybe their equipment wouldn't go missing.Aside from the pulley machines, their abs/stretching area with the purple mats is way too small. A lot of people use that area for various work outs as well as stretching. The number of mats they have is minimal as well. With the crowd this place draws it's difficult to find space sometimes.After the ridiculous suggestion I may not be returning to this location.

I work out at the Palm Harbor location in Florida, and I have to say that the staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. The members are respectful of each other and do their part to keep the equipment clean. Members give each other space to work out in peace, and there are never crowds around machines. The Director of Fitness, Michael Wiley, is Incredibly sincere and always smiling. The free personal training enables you to connect with other members, which is perfect if you're looking for a workout buddy! If you're like me and prefer to put on your headphones, zone out and focus on your exercise, this the place for you!

Always great customer service. I love the workout equipment they have available. Wish some people would wipe down their machine after they use it. And wipe down the massage chairs after they use them. Disgusting when someone sweaty sits in massage chair and doesn't clean up after themselves. =( But that's not the gym's fault. It's the gym member's fault!! Work staff are nice people. They keep the gym very clean. =)

I enjoy how friendly the staff is. I feel machines can be added or updated. (More leg machines, more shoulder machines) just to add more options. It's smaller than other Planet Fitness locations, so you have to go at a time that isn't when EVERYONE goes. But, if you're there to work out and have a goal, you'll be able to achieve it here. The tanning beds are great as well. Locker rooms are always clean.

Good clean gym. The equipment is always in great working condition. There are plenty of machines and weights for everyone to use. All patrons are polite and courteous. The staff is amazing and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. The price is low and the benefits this gym has to offer are high. I would definitely recommend giving this gym a try.

Joined after the last big remodel so I only see what is here now. Most machines are well maintained and clean. The gym members are responsible for wiping machines down after use. I have seen them move and mop under and around cardio machines. Having the black card alows for tanning and the Awsome massage chairs and water jet tables. I would recommend the gym to others. Can be difficult to get into and out of during rush hour times as it is off US 19.
