I have been a member of Planet Fitness Palm Harbor for more than 10 years. I moved out of county and still travel to go to this gym. I have noticed a huge turn over in staff/management as of late which is concerning to me as so far the new staff seems very uninterested and I was used to such wonderful treatment over the years from past staff/management. I do wish the tanning beds bulbs would be kept up with. At any given time there may be as many as 8 to 12 bulbs out in the stand up booth at a time and this is not a new issue. I have spoken to staff both old and new with no results.the bulbs often remain out for a month or more.

I am currently a member of Planet Fitness in Dothan, Al., however my sister in Countryside so I visit the Palm Harbor location and Sarah at the front desk was very friendly. The facility was clean and accommodating to my needs. It made me feel good knowing that I can get the same good service at another center. :)

Very nice gym. Staff is friendly. On site trainer. Clients are pleasant. Equipment is good quality. Changing rooms are clean. Everything is cleaned daily. We'll spread out helps with some distancing. Clients also clean equipment before and after use. Lots of monitors. Air and fans help to keep it comfortable.

Best gym I've ever belonged to. The facility has always been clean..even before covid. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I really enjoy our workouts here.

My wife and I just joined after being members of Equinox for over a decade and are extremely happy! While it doesn't have all the niceties of EQ like unlimited towels and a steam room PF does have massage chairs and all the equipment we need. It is spotlessly clean and costs 1/6 the amount.

I have been a member at PF Palm Harbor for many years and I could not be more satisfied with a gym. The overall cleanliness of the gym as well as the working condition of the equipment is excellent. Manager Billy has assembled an outstanding staff that truly go out of their way to make everyone both welcome and comfortable. The staff truly epitomizes a "no judgement zone."Great gym at a great deal. I highly recommend PF Palm Harbor!

I've been to the Palm Harbor location a few times as a guest of a member. I have to say, I was impressed with the customer service and cleanliness.The young man working behind the counter, Mark, was super nice and knowledgeable about all the services they offer. The gym is also super clean, I watched as the employees made their way around cleaning up after use. I will definitely go back.

Only downfall is no childcare. The palm harbor location I visited for the first time, and all planet fitness are unique in its own way. The facility is big and very clean, the staff were so helpful telling me where everything was. Great place for a great price. But seriously how about some childcare for us mommas and dads trying to tone up our parent bods 😉😉

Love going to this gym! Everyone is really nice and helpful. It’s always clean and it’s in a great location, very easy to find.

We wanted to try out Planet fitness to see if this was a good gym for our small business and our employees as we were going to pay for our employees to use a local gym. Me and my husband and 2 of our staff tried it out. We were disappointed. The culture here isn't really into providing good wellness practices. Staff didn't seem to care and the equipment is much to be desired. No cardio theater on their cardio. Older antiquated equipment. They lack a lot of the basic functional training equipment. Locker rooms were dirty and one of our female staff didn't feel safe in the locker rooms as a few times, guys were seen walking into the female locker room. It was often too crowded. we were told planet is the KMART of fitness gyms. I wouldn't go that far, maybe the Walmart of fitness, but nevertheless we will not be joining this gym due to all the negatives.
