I have the BlackCard membership from a different Planet Fitness. I use it at St. Pete. Pinellas Park, Clearwater, & 2 Tampa Planet Fitness. But this Palm Harbor one is the only one that trips about it. The management & staff here is the worst in customer service. Different employees with different policies as to why. And when I showed them other Franchisee Planet Fitness accept it. They just got silent. Different rules for different people.

As a business owner, I'm very disappointed in this location for not having any staff on board at certain hours. We waited for 50 minutes to get a tanning bed for my wife, and not a single person was there. I had to walk around the parking lot, check the bathrooms, and even walk around the entire gym. Please fix this problem. Items and products can been stolen or damaged with out any supervision. 1 Star for this location until they fix the problem.

I’ve been going to planet fitness for over a year and my experience has been a great one. Some of the employees have remembered my name and have seen my progress in the gym over this year. Just a very welcoming experience overall

I was there recently on a Vacation and stopped by for a workout . I have 3 Planet fitness by my house this one I was very impressed . The manager was very friendly and she knowslots about fitness . She is doing a body building and works out herself so she is not like someone just works there and doesn't care. The place was very clean and friendly . Very impressed.

I love working out here. Well-maintained equipment, the staff is knowledgeable and the facility is always clean. Everyone is friendly and makes a point of saying hello. I always feel comfortable here and look forward to going each day.

My son started coming here a year ago and told me about the area. I came a few times to feel the gym vibe. I usually go super early in the morning, I love the vibe…Great Crew!!. Moses and the morning crew are amazing. Moses and I immediately hit it off. I love the energy and customer service they provided so much - that I actually switched locations and made this my permanent spot. The only bad thing about this location, it’s NOT 24/7. So, on those days, I go to the beach and run 5 miles… However, it’s definitely a clean gym, clean lockers, plenty of televisions, great machines, cool relaxing area next to the massage area. I would highly recommend this gym.. Ask for Moses, He’ll get you started with the “Black Card”, well worth it.. Tell him Marcus Anthony sent you 😁👍🏽.. Now go and be the best version of yourself, you got this 👏👏👏👏👏👏

great gym, always very clean, the staff is perfect, especially Hermine, she never forgets to make sure I have my eye wear and give a smile and sorry guys but she out works everyone there by a long shot.

Ramone was very helpful and gave me a great tour of the Palm Harbor facility. I became a member a few days later. This location has at least 2 of every machine compared to my previous gym. I am looking forward to using this membership.
