Crunch Fitness - Las Cruces

Be warned. They will scam you. Their system doesn’t work well with some banks and it kicks back payments. This happened to me a few times and I kept having to go down there to get it fixed. Finally, on the last time, I went down there to cancel my membership. The rep who “helped” me convinced me to stay by offering to waive my yearly fee and give me 6 months free. Two days later I found out they took almost $100 dollars out of my account and went I went down there again to get help they basically told me there was nothing they can do, they have my money and they’re keeping it, and they ended my membership.

This is a nice gym! All the equipment in it still seems relatively new and 95% of it is in proper working condition. They’ve got a few olympic lifting racks, a few normal racks, a load of dumbbells and free weights and a nice turf/pad area to do tire flips and pulls etc etc. Really not that expensive either when you compare it to other areas. I enjoy this gym. 👍🏻

I really like the gym so far, just joined about a month ago. They have lots of classes and the equipment is very nice. Happy to have made the switch from PF except their staff is not as friendly and I’m used to be greeted with smiles. Just a different vibe here.

I have been going to this gym since opening. The customer service has slowly been getting worse. I was annoyed this morning as I seen a second annual fee being processed even though I have a processed annual fee as of yesterday. Called the desk girl answered explained situation she said she can only see one on my account. That doesn't fix my problem that my bank says one processed and another processing. I asked to speak to manager. She said he would say the same thing cause that's a corporate thing. Told her just please have the manager call me back and hung up. I have yet to get any call or acknowledgement 8 hrs later. I'm very understanding. Help me understand this situation Crunch Fit.

This gym is huge and very clean. Nice selection of machines and weights. Tons of cool classes. Childcare is on a first come first served basis as there's a limit to how many providers per child, so you may have to wait to work out if you bring your child. It's also not included in your membership, it's $10 per child or $20 a month extra. The app makes things easier to plan workouts, get ideas, join challenges, track your fitness, and book classes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I joined and I'm excited to get back into shape with Crunch!

I give Crunch a five star because my son has the best personal trainer. His personal trainers name is Issac if anyone needs someone to help them lose or gain muscle this guy is the one to go to. We love Issac!!!

So after a month here and a full set of personal training sessions I gotta say, this place is pretty cool. They have the equipment you want, classes of all sorts, massage table and tanning bed.Plus all the personal trainers here are great. Mine is Issac and he is worth every penny. Whether starting from nothing or have some experience, he will show you how to get to where you wanna be. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean facility with plenty of equipment, tons of classes, and a judgement free environment. The staff have all been amazing so far. Felipe was super helpful, welcoming, and the trainer he set me up with, Belinda, is awesome. I have no doubts she will help get me back into shape in no time!

Love it. Tho sadly I had to cancel membership but the manager has always been encouraging, positive and professional even during cancellation. Also Josh was my personal trainer. He is smart, encouraging and professional and always motivating. Please give it your all when you sign up. Be honest with yourself and try! It's fun for both of you! Would resume again if I had to.👌Update: I renewed my membership last month. Adrian is the new manager and he is really good, helpful and honest!Lots of GOOD CHANGES compared to last year. I feel like there is more PERSONAL training and the trainers are more knowledgeable and actually explain to you what they're focused on TAILORED TO YOU. I come out feeling sore but accomplished. Felipe WILL KICK YOUR BUHT and it is worth it. He is very professional and honest. Belinda is really sweet and knowledgeable I feel I can trust her. Thanks for encouraging me to try the training sessions again this gym is perfect I wish you all had another branch in Sunland park side which is where I mostly go to.

I'm as new as it gets when it comes to working out so I signed up for a personal trainer and got Belinda. She is absolutely great! The workouts are fun and definitely get my heart rate up lol she's also very encouraging and makes you feel totally comfortable 😊 I actually look forward to our sessions and coming to the gym alone now. …
