Just bought a set of bumper plates and some rubber coated 45’s to add to my gym. I have to say that their stuff is superb quality, and they are always super friendly and helpful! It’s hard to find these days!

I purchased the CF Adjustable Free Motion Swing Arms and they are the highest quality piece of equipment I’ve purchased from REP, Rogue, or Titan. These things are absolutely a game changer. I was originally going to upgrade my dumbbells, but decided to put that money toward these. Wow! I made the right choice.Spend a little extra (when compared to other, limited, swing arms on the market) and turn your home gym into a fully functional commercial quality gym.

Great equipment at a great price. I just picked up their new adjustable free motion swing arms after being unhappy with similar ones I'd bought from Rogue 2 years prior. I already had high hopes but the Crandall arms still exceeded my expectations.I'm about 6' and 190 lbs so I'm not a small guy but not huge either and I had a lot of issues with the width of every other set of jammer/motion arms I tried. Felt like you needed to be 6'5" and super wide for anything to feel like a natural motion. However, with the free motion on these, I'm able to point the arms inward enough to do all the exercises I'd hoped to do with the Rogue set.Vertical adjustability is also significantly easier with these compared to the Rogue ones. I pretty much considered it a set of shoulder press to move each one of those, which ultimately resulted in me just using them less. With the Crandall version, I can make quick and easy changes, which means I end up using them a heck of a lot more. Most other brands require you to fully remove the arm to make adjustments, similar to moving a j-cup, so Rogue or Sorinex are really the only comparables.You can also use the holes on the trolleys to set your starting/stopping point for the arms, which allows you to do exercises like shoulder press without needing something like the Titan Fitness spotter stands. Not needing stands saves you money, space and time.Lastly, the customer service is phenomenal. I've sent a few questions via email, never during normal business hours, and I get an actual response in minutes. Very few companies in the space can say they do something similar. Buy from these guys, you won't regret it.
