Stay Fit Fitness

It's the only gym I've found with a women's section just wish there was better equipment for the women's side.

I love being able to exercise in the private women's gym. Also its nice having a nutrition center to have shake before and/or after exercising.

Stay Fit has everything that I need, plus it's the only place in town, that I know, that has a sauna, and steam room; and that's a huge plus for me. I'm very satisfied with Stay Fit. I plan to remain a member for a long time.

It has everything needed to get into shape for anything. In addition to the 🏋 machines, I enjoy the sauna, and steam rooms. I must say tho, the steam room seems to be out of order, more often then I would hope. …

Nice place to workout we were a little skeptical due to the bad reviews about staff mostly the girls and the gym itself.. however we've gone twice once to get a tour and sign up and once to workout both times staff were very friendly (they were ladies) and the gym is clean floors could use a little TLC but we don't go to do sets with the floor so it doesn't bother us. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The owners and staff are extremely helpful and friendly! My husband and I are visiting town for a few weeks and want to keep up with our fitness goals. They offered us a good deal and we were not disappointed in the amenities the gym has to offer. I especially love the "women's only" areas. There is some remodeling in progress and we can't wait to return next time we are in town to see the finished product. Thanks!!

I’m a member of this gym and I love work out here. I feel comfortable and every time I’ve gone the equipment I choose to use is always available. The remodeling is coming along very nice. Only downfall is some of the staff is very how can I say a bit rude. The girls at the front sit and talk to each other and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in or leave. No sense of common curtesy or customer service. Excuse me ma’am but members is how you make a paycheck so word of advice learn some manners.

The cleanliness isn't all that good. The women's showers hardly have any water pressure. It's rare that all the equipment will work. The steam room is never hot enough. Staff say they will report it but the same issues continue to exist. I like the fact that the showers are private. There are some good machines to workout on. The staff make really good protein shakes. I like many of the members.

As far as the facilities went, everything was broken and dirty. The staff was rude and would shrug their shoulders when informed something wasn't working. Every time it rained the whole place was soaked. I can only assume that the roof mainly functioned as an umbrella for the sun. It was freezing cold in the winter and muggy and hot in the summer.There were a few positives. The childcare facilitator was great with my kids. The sauna was not broken as often as the steam room.I didn't really hate my membership there until I I got a new job and had to move. It was impossible to cancel my membership. The staff was extremely rude, continually hung up the phone on me, and refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I finally had to report them to my credit card company as fraudulent charges to get them to stop billing me.In short- don't waste your money here. Go to fitness one. Yeah, it's expensive and a bit of a drive up there, but it's SO SO SO much better.
