Anytime Fitness

Never answer the phone. Does anyone even work here it seems i can’t get any service!

I love this gym before the new manager took over. Not military friendly at all! I called in April and told her that I was going on military leave and that I would like to temporarily cancel my membership until I came back. I explained that I did not have time to go in person to cancel my membership because I was called to service last minute and she wasn’t understanding at all. She said I would have to come in to the office to cancel my membership when clearly I couldn’t due to military . Basically said I couldn’t do anything and I was going to still be charged that I should have canceled ahead of time “clearly not familiar with how military works” . Loved this gym but won’t be going back anytime soon.

Gym is always constantly clean and it’s a smaller gym that doesn’t get so packed, the manager Melissa is super friendly and keeps up with the members needs.

I was interested in joining this gym because it is near my house and I can use an anytime fitness when I travel. However, I have called and left messages and stopped by three times. No one has called me back and both times I stopped by the manager wouldn't see me because she was at lunch. This gym is an inconvenience, not a convenience. Her lunch time is much more important to her than giving good service to her patrons. I won't be joining this gym.

Michelle is constantly at lunch, won't answer the phone and tells me to come back after her lunch break to sign up my friend. Stopped by 3-4 times and she's always at lunch, talking about how she has to clean stuff too. She's a piece of work...I finally up but moved out of state and can't get into my new/other Anytime. No one answers the phone or replies to emails from the owner of my new Anytime in Austin. Terrible management/ownership. Just want to cancel so I can switch to my new/local Anytime but we can't reach this location remotely.

Worked out here once cause I happened to be in the area. Gym wasn’t overcrowded which was nice, but it wasn’t anything special

INSIDE : It is very spacious. I travel A LOT for work and I have been in almost all the anytime fitness in every State and city and this one is a nice one in Las Vegas. Compared to others in Las Vegas they also have a fitness room which usually I find in other cities but no in Vegas...that's a plusWEIGHTS & MACHINE : Pretty new and everything is well taken care. No complaints at allCLEANLINESS: Even more than 5 stars if I could!!!! There is a cleaning lady there daily that cleans and organize a lot. Plus in the women bathroom they even have deodorant wipes for women which is a great touch! The owners definitely care about this place!PARKING : You can find a lot of parking at this location :) Not problem.Overall Great Gym! Good job !

Would be 5 stars but no showers. Plus it's a tad smaller than your average AF. Google says it's busier than usual but it's only me, a gentleman, and the cleaning lady. Has a nice place to sit with coffee table. Wifi clearly marked, gotta look a little bit.

So I would like to state. It's a small gym but it's a nice small gym. It's not too many people there to hog up machines and what not. It's clean and the staff is super friendly. Nothing against the large guns, I'm fond of them as well, but this is my new home

Simple gym for those looking to leave the huge crowd behind. What it lacks in equipment it makes up for with a laid back and cozy atmosphere. Staff is friendly and some of the things available are really helpful in your fitness journey
