Jeff the fitness manager is a great guy I had a small problem with my account he took no time to get it fixed called me back promptly and I was very appreciative of his service I would highly recommend if you have any fitness needs to talk and see Jeff at this location

SCAM ARTISTS!!!I canceled my membership last year and they still waited a year with no communication so they could rack up fees and send my account to collections. I haven't been in Las Vegas in 9 months and just found this out today.

The gym is well-priced, fairly well-maintained, and clean. The employees are quite nice as well, and the personal trainers are willing to work with you to help you with everything you need.

This here it’s not even one star worth. You guys suck so much !!! Scammers liars and betrayers there!! Do not go there!!!! They’ll scam you in every possible way! I can’t believe something like this is legal to happen here!!!

I’m very disappointed with this gym. Truly, I regret my decision to join. I joined the personal training program back on April and I was told I can cancel it within 7 days which I did cancel it within 2 days. However, they kept charging me every week for a total of $528 even though I canceled it within the time frame I was told that I can cancel it with no charge. I called and texted the manager to cancel the pt but he never responded any of my calls or texts. I also texted the personal trainer and she said okay to cancel it. I went to the location, spoke the manager and he promised he will refund my money but my money never got refunded. This is very sad and unacceptable.

I enjoy the pool, wish it was a bit bigger, there is alot of equipment and amazing things there.

Too many kids grouping up on one machine. Not a place for adults to go and get a good workout unless you go at 2am. More like a high school meeting place than a workout facility.
