I like LVAC in general but this one in particular feels a little dingey. The plates on machines can use relabeling. I'm often having to count up or down just to see what lbs i'm using on a machien because they're so rubbed off or dirty over it. Lots of padding seems to be cracked from use over time. the ATC room is usually packed and weights are all over the place. I wish some one would go around and enforce weights a little more to be put back or have some structure. Overall decent, but i'm glad i'm able to subscribe with the "gympass" from my work. Maybe later on if i keep up good habits and want to invest more i'll progress from this to a nicer gym with more community.

Worst experience ever, they put me through collection two times for not paying my membership that I thought I had already canceled. I already made payments through the first collection agency and I already paid it off and now they put another collection and stating that I haven’t been making payments smh. So I called the first agency and they said that the account is closed and that I’ve been making payments and I paid in full. And here I am talking with LVAC billing representative and she said that they haven’t received any payments. Screw this place, if you ever try to get a membership from this place pls don’t. Go to EOSFITNESS! These guys are crooks and if you do try to cancel your membership go straight to the gym and expect to pay a fine to cancel your membership. And don’t sign any contract with these THIEVES.

This place believes in 35 and 2.5 lbs weight plates, all the equipment is on the same floor, and it's not busy like the ones in North Decatur and the other one near Summerlin. I love it!!

Nicer than I would've expected given the age and location. This place has rooms on rooms on rooms. Good fight lifting area - nice and open. Def a decent lvac in town.

It's 2023, why can't we manage our account online? Why do we have to go into the gym to make any changes and have to wait for someone to be available! That's the only reason they're getting a 1 star rating.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and outrage with the conduct and behavior of the LVAC 215 & Flamingo manager, Paul, as well as a specific personal trainer who consistently wears a pink Yankees hat. My experiences with both individuals have been nothing short of deplorable, and it is crucial for you to be aware of these distressing matters.First and foremost, Paul the LVAC gym manager, has repeatedly shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It is disheartening to report that Paul has been involved in teaming up with the personal trainer wearing the pink Yankees hat to mistreat and disrespect gym members, myself included. Their behavior has been nothing short of abhorrent and has created an atmosphere of hostility and discrimination within the gym.I have personally been subjected to derogatory remarks and belittlement from the personal trainer in question. This individual, whose primary responsibility should be to provide guidance and support, has instead chosen to mock and disrespect me.Furthermore, Paul's collusion with this personal trainer has led to the distortion and fabrication of stories against gym members. I have witnessed an instance where they have deliberately lied and twisted facts to protect their interests, at the expense of innocent members. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply damaging to the trust and camaraderie that should exist within a gym community.I must emphasize that I have been a loyal member of LVAC for a significant period, and it is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect and contempt. The lack of professionalism, integrity, and fairness exhibited by both Paul and the personal trainer has left me with no choice but to terminate my membership with immediate effect.It is my sincere recommendation to anyone considering a gym membership to avoid this LVAC establishment at all costs. The appalling conduct of the staff, particularly the manager and the personal trainer mentioned, has created an environment that is not only unwelcoming but also detrimental to the pursuit of personal fitness goals.I hope you take this complaint seriously and investigate the matter thoroughly. This LVAC location is the ONLY location I will go to!!! People go there to workout, pretty quiet and don't have to fight will selfy people and squatters, and not the squating intented at the gym lol
