Never answer the phone. Does anyone even work here it seems i can’t get any service!

There are no showers. The women's restroom has been out of order for months. The Men's sink/faucet has been out of order and not usable for months. One of the weight machines has broken cable and not functional for weeks. Franchise owner just doesnt seem to care with manteinance other than periodic cleaning (I have seen the cleaner come on occasion).

Very disappointing. I registered for one year only, and they continued with the pymts. When I tried calling to make sure my membership was canceled no call backs nor returned emails. When I finally spoke with someone I was told their phones were down so I had to pay for that month, then had to pay even more to cancel. Again, very disappointing and it won't happen again.

Sinks and bathrooms are still out of order. It’s a lot of $ to pay to not having a bathroom that functions properly. Aside from that, the equipment is great and the gym is never overcrowded which makes for a nice workout. I’ve been a member for years and recently transferred clubs… this club is definitely a step down from the last one I went to though. Has potential to be better, but I’m still in awe the bathrooms aren’t fixed and doesn’t seem to be any progress on trying to fix them either

How can anyone possibly be a member of this gym when no one is ever there so you can actually join. It's that or they just won't open the door for anyone who is African American.

Went in a 7 day trial...found to be everything ok (cleanliness, quality of operation on eguipment) Enjoyed the quietness and location convenience for me. I would, however, feel "much safer with more lighting in the parking lot during the early morning hours. This gym shares a parking lot with other businesses, including a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Otherwise, it serves the purpose of keeping fit quite nicely.

The gym is great but customer service isn’t. Melissa Colon has made my experience at this gym a huge inconvenience.I could not even cancel my gym membership with my injured shoulder. I was also told to finish my 1 year contract before I’m ever considered a “member” This clearly contradicts policy since it says the gym memberships can be cancelled for any reason.So if any of guys get injured, I sorry you have to pay up anyway (unlike other gym locations)Management available hours are sporadic and unreliable.Do not forget the “30 Day Notice” which means you still have to pay for a month of Bi-weekly payments even AFTER you cancel your membership. Actually track how much and WHEN your payments are; management will not accurately recall unless you ask him or her to search it.I definitely WOULD NOT Recommend.

Falsely advertised having full showers. That's the difference between my going to work after a work out or not. Also to not really enough space over all, no tour or real customer serviceCorporate doesn't care or help at all.

Deceptive business practices and heartless money gaugers. My husband and I signed up for this gym cuz it was close to home, but I lost interest in attending cuz the equipment was always broke down, the place was dirty and no trainers around. My husband had 2 major surgeries and stopped going. After 3 years of no attendance, I finally went in today to quit and just found out today I could have put a freeze on our membership. Now, Deify the rude girl working in the office, tells me that there are new owners as of a year ago August and that they can make changes to the contract anytime they please WITHOUT notifying anyone. When we signed up there was no 30 day ‘quit’ policy in place but there is one now. So in addition to paying for the last 3 years for nothing, I have to pay an additional month because quote “it’s the new owners policy.” I guess they weren’t happy to get nearly $1,800.00 for doing nothing, they want to collect for the month of April as well for a policy that was not in place at the time we signed up. I found out each Anytime is owned separately and they all make up their own polices. This location could have at least waived the dues for April, but Deify is heartless and only cares about the money. Do not waste your time or money at this gym, they could care less about you or your health.

No showers. I'm traveling and depend on the showers at the gym, so I definitely won't be coming back here. Several other issues: The men's bathroom door is broken in and doesn't shut. The tiny stretching area is half filled with a desk, in spite of the fact that there is a separate room with a door labelled Manager. And the Smith machine wobbles horribly when doing squats.
