I had an awesome time and cannot wait for next week. Natalie Rane is an excellent teacher and breaks down the moves so you understand which muscles to use at what times and why it's important to put your hands and feet in proper placement. Knowing the mechanics made it easier to learn and execute the moves

My first time ever even touching a pole or attempting a pole fitness class and I absolutely loved it! So much fun!! I took pole 1 with Natalie Walstead and she was very kind, thorough, inclusive, well educated and helpful. I generally never liked working out but now I’m hooked and excited to get stronger! All of the employees in the boutique were also extremely friendly. 100% will be coming back for more classes!

I took a couple of classes a couple of years ago, had a great time and wanted to take one for my Birthday. A couple of days before my Birthday, I called to ask questions: can we pay in person, what do I need to do to reserve a spot, is it for all beginning, intermediate, etc.. the girl told me I can pay in person and it is first come first serve and the class was open to all. When we got there we were told I was supposed to download an app to register. That took forever on my phone, there was no option to do anything on paper. The instructor then came out and told us we had to first had taken the beginners class with her, therefore we couldn't even take that class! Now each girl was nice in explaining, However, they need to make sure to have someone who can clearly give correct information over the phone! Therefore on my Birthday I was unable to enjoy the desired class.

Shelby made my first pole experience painless (emotionally... physically I'm rather sore 😂). I'd been struggling so much lately with my body image and self confidence after being on bedrest for five months during my pregnancy last year. So I was super nervous about putting myself out there but everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be back for more classes! I have finally found my favorite way to work out!

The class was very informative and the perfect level of challenge came with it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Merrie was the class instructor and helped each student depending on their level of ability. Tegan helped in the storefront and she was extremely helpful with checking us into the Crash Academy and with purchasing items afterwards!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Bamm. I accidently booked her intermediate class instead of the intro to pole. She answered all my questions, was patient, fun, encouraging, full of energy, and most importantly she made me …
