Great sized gym for numerous workout routines including a pool and a sauna. Definitely a good amount of room to workout at night and during the daytime.

Avoid this gym at all cost! It's crowded, rundown, and dirty. Also, they have so many hidden fees that makes it an absolute nightmare. They charged me an extra $49 the first month I started on top of the $50 membership fee. I tried to get this waived online, on the phone, and in-person with the assistant manager and operations manager. They truly don't care about screwing you over.Do not join! If one person doesn't join because of this review, then their predatory policy they used against me will lose them money enforcing it on me. If 10 or more people every year don't join because of this review, then it's bad for their business. EoS: stop ripping people off. Change your stupid policy and give me my $49 back!

There is plenty of equipment but I had to give it 3 stars because it's always SO BUSY! It doesn't matter what time or day you go there is always a lot of people. When it finally slows down around 2AM they start cleaning and the cleaning personnel will stop you from getting on the machines so they can mop the area. Not bad for ten bucks a month though.

great gym, terrible showers me and my friend went there 2 days ago and now were both sick with a headcold with covid like symptoms(we both tested negative) showers seem poorly maintained, BARELY ANY COLD WATER on the day that we went along with the lack of water pressure. Last but not least theres this lingering stench, straight up smells like urine and musk in there. Again GREAT GYM but terrible showers, i understand thats probably the nastiest part of the gym but still, when the showers are making people sick then theres a problem

I Called up the Russell location for information on getting a new membership... because I wouldn't give them my phone number they wouldn't give me any information what a new membership would cost their service rep was extremely rude so I just hung up on him. You just lost a potential customer.

Huge EoS facility. So nice to have so much equipment. Never a shortage of squat racks or dumbbells.

I went to the facility on Russell thinking I was getting a seven day trial because that is what they advertised online. I wasn’t able to do it online so I showed up in person. Gentlemens automatically. Signed me up for a subscription unknown to me. I went to work out for three days and found out that the equipment was difficult and not set up for women. The equipment is set up solely for men. so I asked a cancel before the seven day. They said that it didn’t apply to me false advertising and they charge me $59. And then told me now I can cancel after I pay. Lol that was disrespectful and they are very dishonest instead of the guy flirting with me when I came in he should’ve told me everything. They took my options away.
