Mel and Gerry are great guys to be trained by, I went on and off for 3 years and pretty much saw immediate results. The circuit training program works good if you like the group enviroment with usually only a few others. One on One is of course tougher and Mel will put you through the ringer so beware.....just kidding Mel:)But in all seriousness these guys make working out fun again as long as you stick to it. I am getting a bit doughy again and should get my As! back in there soon. I plan to enroll my 9 yr old son in the strength and agilty program this summer to help him get faster and stronger for the sports he plays. thanks guys!
