Even though the gym is really nice and well kept, the process of cancelling the membership is a nightmare. I had a membership there in 2019 and had to relocate to the East Coast because my husband is in the Military. I was willing to pay the $100 cancellation fee for both accounts (as mentioned on the contract), contacted their customer service through e-mail to request the cancellation, we went through all the steps (I provided the USPS forwarding mail proof and the new leasing contract) and it was DEAD silence after that e-mail. Followed up numerous times and nothing (I kept all the original e-mails and correspondence with the LVAC employee). After that I was sent to collections for this petty account and had to deal with all the rudeness coming from Aargon agency. Mind you I contacted the gym for a cancellation right before leaving Vegas (not after we moved). Very stressful that I have to deal with this collections amount on my credit report, when I initially wanted to pay the cancellation fee.

It is very sad and pathetic to have to leave a google review for this athletic Club. I had just previously moved to Nevada prior to the pandemic. Even through most of the shut down I was able to maintain financially, and after everything re-opened I signed a contract with LVAC. Truth though. the pandemic was still hitting hard and I was not able to financially maintain paying bills car payments etc. I had to relocate back to Arizona. By all means I tried my hardest to avoid that. In the process of moving back to Arizona I contacted LVAC to plea with them To ask them if they could excuse my contract due to A pandemic and let them know I would no longer need their services and had to go back to Arizona. They refused. Wow how caring. A company that is absolutely heartless. People should think twice about what clubs they use because to some you’re just a contract.

Despite the rules and prominant signage, employees and guests alike do not wear face masks. This is not an institution devoted to health and wellness.

This facility is absolutely HUMONGOUS and very clean!!! Their staff and employees are very friendly and professional!!! I also love the variety of exercise classes they have here!!! Not to mention they have those free visitor passes for members as well if you have a family member or even a good friend you may wanna try to talk into staying in shape and showing how great this place truly is!!! I also love the great variety of exercise equipment and activities they have here as well as providing child care while you work out, making it that much easier to come in and stay in shape!!! EVERYONE AND ANYONE who wants to come get into or stay in shape should DEFINITELY come check this place out!!!

0 stars I'm sure they will just delete this review like they do with all reviews like this, but I'm heading to reddit next. 😐 Lvac is a total scam, they make people sign 2 or 3 year contracts and charge late fees every day equaling more than the monthly membership price doubled or tripled.... they hang up on me whenever I ask their customer service team why I keep getting charged and the app and website have no options to do anything besides make payments, you can't even see payment history or balances owed. I have no idea how this company has multiple locations in Vegas. SCAM

Great location it has lots of equipment for best gym experience, also you will need ti bring a lock for locker room or a quarter. They have special protein shakes love ❤️ it my recommendation try Tropic treat or a Blueberry chia protein plus blends ! Pool is good 👍 and sauna jacuzzi too! …

If I can give it a zero , I would give it a Zero star review.I gotten a membership here and moved out of state a week prior to moving out a called to cancel my membership here.Since they don’t have LVAC in any other state.The gentleman I spoke with mention to send a written statement with proof of address change and the membership will be cancel within 30 days.7 month later I have a collection report of $840 dollars and now they are trying to collect if not full amount atletas $420 to cancel my account.When I have already called and cancelled this membership Back in July.I called collections and mention there was not trace of the email letter request but just a call, which is odd because I had already cancelled.Collections mention of I can manage to pay at least $420 to cancel.WHY ??????I called back the front desk and LVAC and the gentlemen there said my account is still active, then why did they send it out for collections and WHY HAVE THEY NOT CANCELLED IF I CALLED JULY 2020.Then I called back Collections and the called dropped again, maybe bad signal or something else.I spoke with a woman there and mention upon there notes the gentleman mention to pay at least $420.When he mentioned if I can proof I moved in July 2020 the fee will only be $50 dollars since my account at the gym is still active.What kind of business are they running , they just want to Squeeze out Peoples pocket for money.They don’t care much for there customers but just charging fees with our anyone’s consent.WARNING ; If you want to get a membership here expect to pay more than $50 dollars to cancel it, based on Collection because Apparently this people just send you out to collections with out notice and boom , one day out of now where to get notified by your credit report you have to pay this in collection.Terrible place to come and get a membership,I highly recommend to stick with Planet fitness.Planet fitness had never given me troubles like this.

So I pay a membership faithfully. And the staff act as if it's a problem to use the e-scale to check my weight. They looked up my membership as if it's a problem that I can't. It takes 2 minutes for me to get on an e-scale and check my weight. Instead they continue to insist that we use a very worn, broken scale in the locker room. That is knowingly inaccurate. Young staff that isn't very smart. I'm cancelling my gym membership. EOS let's me weigh in every visit if I like too. Update the Flamingo location let's me use the e-scale as well. I'm contacting corporate it's gotta be bs that I can't. 😕😐

Honestly it has everything you need in a gym. If you don’t mind the globo gym experience then for the price LVAC is a steal. This location has friendly staff that greet you and I love their functional fitness area. This place has an old school vibe as well which is a nice change up. The people watching might be the best part! I swear it’s like taking a time machine into the 90s when you walk in there lol
