Have been going to RR for a few years now. Bryan has helped me change my focus and after years of trying, finally get me in shape. I cannot say enough good things about Bryan as a trainer/coach/human.

I'm very upset with this gym. I'm collecting my thoughts and will post a more detailed account of my experiences here later, but this gym is way overpriced while they subject you to dangerous, injury-prone conditions. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Amazing gym! The owners have a very holistic philosophy addressing mind, body and spirit. The trainers are tough, caring, passionate, and very skilled and knowledgeable. The Real 90 program introduced healthy eating practices to me that I continue to this day. The gym itself is gritty... in a really good way! The classes are challenging and the personal training sessions are customized and effective. Love this place! Would highly recommend it!

Real Results fitness is by far the best gym that I've ever gone to. The trainers there are so helpful and truly motivate you to be the best you can be. I would totally recommend this gym to everyone! I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Real Results. From the minute I stepped foot in the gym over 4 years ago, I have been treated like a member of the family. I was out of shape. I had absolutely no experience with weight training. I felt like a fish out of water. The trainers were patient in their teachings and in explaining the techniques. They have zero of the pretentious attitude so many gyms seem to have. It doesn't matter who you are, what you look like, how much you lift, where you're from...it's just about becoming better every day. This has become my home away from home. I've met friends that are my support system both in and out of the gym. I encourage you to give it a try and see for yourself what the hype is all about. You won't regret it!

I've been going to this gym since 2013. I initially went to do their Real 90 day program, get in shape and then move on, but I haven't been able to leave. There is a great sense of community and inclusion in this gym that I appreciate and look forward to every workout. It's not easy, but you'll get into amazing shape. If you're looking for a gym to take you to the next level, this is the one.

I've known about Real Results for a couple of years now, but was hesitant to make the jump because of a hectic work and travel schedule. Realizing I was just making excuses and then seeing the shape I was falling into, I knew I needed to make a change.Well, long story short, I made the decision to join a couple of weeks ago and it's been a revelation.First of all, this is not your grandpa's gym...hell, it's not like any gym I've ever been too. I need to warn you though, If you want designer towels and machines you need a masters degree to operate, keep movin. Real Results is not your kind of place. Housed in a building that looks like it used to be a car repair shop, it has a style all it's own. But one only need to look inside to see it's all business. You work in this gym, all the time. And isn't that what you want when you join a gym to change the direction of your life.In 2 short weeks I've been invigorated in both body and mind. I've learned simple nutritional tips that are already paying dividends. The coaches at Real Results are attentive and knowledgeable, working with you every step of the way, from a positive and encouraging standpoint. I can't say enough good things about them.
