The owner of this gym truly cares about the clients and trainers who work out of this facility. Everyone is friendly and courteous, making it a family-like setting. Adults with special needs are treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Our special needs group loves the atmosphere and parents feel at ease knowing the atmosphere is warm and inviting. This is by far my favorite gym.

I've been going here since about the time they opened. At first it was pretty impressive. Everything was clean, and you never had to worry about a crowd. But things haven't stayed as nice. The gym is a little dirty now, and gradually getting dirtier. If you have to do floor work bring a mat or your gonna be covered in dirt. Also make sure you wash your hands after using the equipment . I've actually noticed smudges on my hands after using some of it.The final major warning is about the volume and type of the music. At times it's so loud that there is not point to wearing headphones (no way you will hear your own music), unless you are using them as ear plugs. Also be aware that some of the music may be offensive to some. I have heard plenty of songs that should have been listed as explicit or at least not for general audiences. It can run a little on the thug side of rap and hip-hop with lots of derogatory terms used for women and the n word is used often in the lyrics.6/28/18 update -- Type and volume of the music has improved somewhat. Facility is gradually getting dirtier. They really need a regular cleaning crew.
