I'm a beginner, and today was my first time at this location. The trainers are great and encouraging and professional, I trained and met with Coach Adrian, Coach K, and Coach Dee. I love the environment of the location and the people working together. The place is clean, spacious and just overall a great workout environment. I thought I was close to dying, lol and almost gave up a few times but then the coaches came to encourage me at different moments. And I was able to get through to the end with the help of the trainers and a few other individuals that were working out as well. I would highly recommend Icanfitness to anyone. And I look forward to going back!
