This place is so much more than just a gym. When I first moved to south Florida, I was completely overwhelmed. As a single mother of two, I was so grateful to find Spartan. Coach D and his wife, along with their amazing children, immediately took us in. They provided us with support and community, and my kids flourished every day. The core values they are taught here, as well as the emphasis on education and emotional control, helped my kids immensely. I’m forever grateful for this amazing team, and HIGHLY recommend them.
