My favorite planet fitness with the most welcoming employees. Jasmine was kind enough to show me around the gym with educating me with the use of the equipment.

Great gym, very quiet, never crowded, the manager Shannon is amazing, she is very friendly and treats every member with the utmost respect.

1st time visiting this location. Closer to Bestie apt. We def got a great workout in. Not too crowded after 8am.Front desk, VeAngelo and Shannon was very helpful and friendly.Gym was clean and spacious.Update: Recent makeover. Awesome new machines and equipment. Now, my home gym😉

Was contacted by you fit and was offered a discount on a past due bill that they already sent out too a law office for collections. Even though they kept taking money from my credit card during the pandemic I agreed to pay the past due balance and resign a new contract. Three days later the law office sent a repot to the credit union that I hadn't paid and dropped my 780 score down to 650!! Apparently no one from youfit contacted the law office to let them know I was all paid up. There is no way to contact corporate by phone and no one in the local gym can either. A few months later I had to replace the card that they charge my fees on and didn't realize they weren't getting paid and got canceled and charged $200. I never received a phone call or an email from youfit, just one from the same law office. I just had to pay it and take the loss and avoid the stress.

I've been to multiple gyms in many different states and I must say that this location is great . I had the pleasure of speaking with Shannon over the phone , as well as in person and she provided me with class A1 customer service. She explained the different work stations and areas within the gym as well as offering me a free session with a personal trainer. She as well as her staff are super professional and I can't wait to start back training. Thanks Shannon and Youfit !!!

Shannon is a phenomenal manager. It’s been a night to day improvement since she came to this location. Much much cleaner more organized and lots of new diverse machines. I finally enjoy working out at the Oakland park location

Been coming here for almost a year now. I usually keep to myself. I don't need the extras like regular gyms (sauna, steam room, classes) friendly staff but would love to see my variety

Came in just asking for information and ended up leaving with a membership. loved the vibe the coworkers gave me. i met one of them named Jaheim and he convinced me on the spot to sign up. staff was lovely and overall very nice place to work out.

Pretty good gym, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. The only problem is that there only exists two flat bench press machines. I like to do a quick 45 min workout and go, but the bench’s at this gym are always taken and for very long periods of time. If you could add a few more bench press machines this place would be perfect.

They were quick and friendly when signing up Jean really convinced me to get membership I was just shopping around but I like how well he was informed about the gym
