Clean. Friendly and has a kids program. They also have a gym for the adults who may want to use the facilities and also workout. Lots of kids come and take classes here

Very rude unwelcoming and arrogant. We were aghast at their behavior and will never go there again. Very dirty facilities.

Horrific business practices. Was ridiculed by staff. Place is filthy dirty and they are very rude. I was completely humiliated.

This was so much fun!! I'm so uncoordinated, but the staff helped me feel confident and at ease. What a great experience ... Our group of inexperienced climbers aged 9-44 all had a really fun time!!
