I think Crunch is a great place to workout, on the not so busy times. I would avoid this place like the plague in the evenings between 4-7pm. Which is why I workout in the morning before work at 5:30am, and I get great use out of the equipment. The main reason I am giving this location 3 stars is the cleanliness. Paper towel dispensers seem to consistently be empty or clogged, and the spray bottles used tend to not spray, but leak a dribble of cleaner. The bathrooms and shower stalls are the worst, and I would want those to be the most clean thing in the place. I shower there in the mornings because I travel out here for work from KC and workout, shower, go to work. I'd like to shower without gnats flying around, hair and band-aids on the floors, and mildew and soap scum along the walls. PLEASE start cleaning the bathrooms more regularly. I want to continue using this facility until someone finally decides to open one in the Overland Park area, but the showers are killing it for me.Also, I mentioned this in a quick email survey from crunch a couple weeks ago, and went back again this Tuesday after a week off and they were dirtier than before..

If you're looking to use free weights or things like benches or squat racks, prepare for a wait. Even in the middle of the day it might be 15-20 minutes. The men's room is consistently disgusting.

Lied to about pricing between signing up online and at gym and then billed for a following month after cancel since per month to month need to cancel 30days in advance and they wouldn't let me end membership over phone.
