How am I supposed to get my pump on when nobody opens the gym up at 5? Why did I pay 60+ dollars for this service? Lots of questions to ask. Guess I’ll forgo my workout for the day :(

Going downhill. Maintenance is a major issue. Going on a week now with no hot water for showers and this is just 1 example of several issues. Genesis should take a hint when their staff has to roll their eyes and say they have clue when issues will be fixed

I cannot in good faith recommend this gym, management running place into the ground with poor customer service and not taking care of equipment. Don’t bother stopping in especially if you are just visiting.

Managements being going downhill for a while, blatant problems in equipment & facilities have gone under the radar for a long time. I cannot in good nature recommend this gym to newcomers until upper management is completely changed.

Friendly staff. Variety of workout options: group ex, swimming, weights. Decent equipment but could use more equipment. Over priced for the quality but the best gym I could find in the area.

They claim that anyone new to the club can get a 3-days pass to see the facilities. When I asked for it, they refused to do so and said I would have to pay for the monthly subscription first. When I mentioned the information on the website, the guy told me "Ok, I am gonna "let" you workout for today", which was so insulting. Even tried to contact a headquarter about it, and surprisingly there is none. Seems like a scam to me.

Great gym with an even better staff! Indoor basketball courts, pool, child care, and split levels for cardio and strength training! Super nice, highly recommend!!
