The westford location has amazing trainers and great classes! I love the cardio and strength boxing classes with Kevin the most!

This is a review of the Westford location. Well equiped gym and friendly staff. Nice central location in Westford. Especially their fitness boxing classes are high energy and a joy to do.

I just completed my 6 weeks challenge and couldn't be happier. I just lost 16 pounds and 3% body fat. This is a great program and i recomend it 100%.

Phase 1 COMPLETE! I cannot believe the difference. I feel so much more like myself than I have in a long time. What a difference. Anyone that’s thinking of making an effort to improve their health? Joined for the 6 weeks challenge, so happy I did this gym is great and all of the trainers are amazing! This gym has all the equipment you could need and is very clean.

If you need to get your body moving, Become Fitness is your GO TO GYM! Definitely go check it out. I've been with them for a couple weeks and every time I go, I come out DRENCHED!!! Definitely recommend this gym to everyone.

I just completed the six-week challenge. Even though I had to change trainers half-way through the challenge, it was a very good experience. I was able to reduce my body fat by 4% and lost 11 pounds! More importantly, it got me on the right track to continue to lose the last few pounds I want to lose. Thank you to both trainers who helped me along the way!!!
