I joined through the 6 week challenge and I am so glad that I found this gym. I have long wanted to develop a great exercise routine, and I am well on my way thanks to become fitness.The classes, personal trainers and accountability coaches are fantastic and as a working mom, there were lots of classes I could attend.I highly recommend this gym.

I am so happy I took on the 6 Week Challenge. I learned that I'm stronger than I think and that I don't need to be nervous of the gym. The staff at Become Fitness are supportive and understand the difference between pushing you to challenge yourself and when you've reached your limit. I am so thankful and look forward to the rest of my fitness journey!

Become is a great place to start working out when you are trying to start better habits. The classes are challenging and fun and the trainers really do have your best interest in mind. I started at this gym doing the 6 week challenge and enjoyed the gym so much that I will be continuing to take the MTS classes. In just 6 weeks I’ve lost weight and gained muscle. Become has set me on the right track to a healthier lifestyle!

I just finished the 6 week challenge on May 21, 2018. It was a great experience. I worked with personal trainer, Alice, who helped me a lot with eating advice and workouts that helped me win the challenge. I started six weeks ago weighing 176 and I finished the challenge weighing 159. Thank you Alice and Become Fitness for this life changing opportunity that I recommend to anyone reading this to go find out about the challenge and join up if you want to lose weight and make a change in your lifestyle.Once again, thank you Become Fitness

I joined the six-week challenge at become Fitness because I was feeling bad about myself I was overweight and unhealthy. Become Fitness is great they give you a meal plan they check in with you and you go to make sure you're following the plan and the workouts your training and other coaches are there with you every step of the way this is my last week so I'm pretty nervous but overall I feel better about myself I'm healthier and much thinner. I would recommend become Fitness to all my friends/family.

When I started the Become Fitness 6 Week Challenge, I was unsure if I would be able to do. However, I thought to myself, really what do I have to lose. It has turned out to be one of the better decisions I have ever made. The MTS courses are fantastic. The trainers are great. The support is terrific. And the people you meet along the way inspire you to do even more. Become Fitness is an excellent modern gym, easily accessible and open from early morning to late at night (even on weekends). The 6 Week Challenge has become my go to the gym, and I am happy to have done this challenge.

I have just complete my 6 week challenge at Become Fitness in Methuen. I have put on a good deal of weight in the last couple of years and my health and fitness has taken a back seat to everything else. I had a neighbor who did the program in the spring and really enjoyed it, but still I hesitated to take the plunge. Then in late June, after being sore from just standing and walking at my daughter's birthday party, I decided enough was enough and I needed to get healthy again. I responded to the Facebook ad to sign up for the challenge. From the sign up process through the 6 weeks in the program I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. My trainer (Diane) was amazing- fun and encouraging while still pushing me so hard. The classes are excellent I really enjoy them and they have people of all age shapes and sizes. The trainers watch your form and correct you as needed, you are not left on your own. The meal plan was clear and easy and I did not feel "starved" or that I was eating "weird" foods. In 6 weeks I have lost nearly 18 lbs, my body feels better on the inside, I am physically stronger, and mentally I feel better too! My health and fitness will continue to be a priority for me and I look forward to many more workouts at Become Fitness.

I just completed my 6 week challenge on Monday! I started this challenge because I've always enjoyed being active and taking challenging fitness classes. However, after a very stressful 8 months that included moving multiple times and switching jobs, I lost my motivation to work out and eat clean and gained almost 20 pounds. I was unhappy with my weight gain and how my clothes fit me. I was also always tired and noticed how out of shape I had become. I knew it was time to begin my "become-healthier" journey again!That was when I stumbled upon Become Fitness' 6 Week Challenge on Facebook and decided to take the plunge. Throughout the challenge, I enjoyed the small group classes and my one-on-one sessions with Alis (especially sessions with the resistance bands!). I found the meal plan the most challenging. However, I enjoyed learning more about healthy eating and getting creative with my meal prep. I truly enjoyed the challenge and would highly recommend it. After 6 weeks, I lost 12 pounds and 6% body fat! I am going to continue with Alis for another months for sure (since I am uncertain about when I will be moving again). I am not too worried about my weight. My goals this time around is to continue losing body fat and to gain more muscle and I really want to focus on purely weight training!Thank you Alis and Become Fitness staff for all your help and support and it's great to see how many people you are helping through this challenge!

I’m so glad that I clicked on the ad and did my first ever 6 week challenge with Become fitness! It was really challenging, but that’s the point! With great people by your side, a great meal plan, and great workouts you are guaranteed to lose weight and feel so much better about yourself. The coaches are all awesome and the vibe you get from the gym is so chill. The coaches are so motivational and they really believe in you. Even the people at the gym are so friendly and non judgmental, and that’s something that they have no control over! I definitely recommend this gym to anyone!

Hi my name is Wanda Diaz I'm a single mother of three boys. I came into this program to make my life healthier and better physical wise. I saw the ad on Facebook I was like Wow cool 6 week challenge for free to start a healthy life I'm down for it!!!! When I started I thought I was not going to be able to complete it. But today I am so happy with my results so far I would recommend this to anybody that wants a new start in their life. I've lost so much weight and I'm so happy with my results. I fitting in clothes now that I never thought I would. I also eat much healthier. I only drink water now and black coffee that is it I am satisfied with my new life and my way of living thank you Become Fitness. First and foremost I want to thank Mandy so much 4 making me interested in the program she did a awesome job I love her so much she's awesome. If it wasn't for you I would not have made the decision to compete in this challenge. I also want to thank Ellen you're an awesome trainer you help me out a whole lot and again I want to thank you so much. One trainer that I really love so much was Dee she showed me so much and made sure we did all our exercises the right way. She is an awesome trainer and an awesome leader.
