Jen is an amazing trainer. I have worked with many trainers in the past, and Jen combines all of best qualities of other trainers. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to design an individualized fitness program that meets you where you are and helps you achieve and exceed your goals. Jen's programs are designed with purpose for each individual and are focused on improving every muscle group (large and small) - every movement has a purpose and the program will evolve and change as you get stronger and fitter.But working with Jen is much more than working with a fitness trainer. Jen's programs have a strong focus on nutrition, and with her in-depth knowledge of nutrition Jen will help you better understand the foods you eat and how to properly fuel your body to achieve your goals. Jen truly develops a "Fit Solution" that is personalized and unique to each client.
