I really wanted to love this place. The people who work here are all super nice but I definitely feel like I didn’t get what I paid for with my trainer. Most sessions were pretty unorganized, and it was clear that very little thought was put into my “personalized plan.” Sessions just felt like the trainer was trying to run the clock out while I’m left clueless as to what I’m actually doing to meet my fitness goals. No dietary plan was made and there was no sort of structure whatsoever. Essentially I am where I started after working with next level rising for months.

There are a couple of completely bogus negative reviews of Next Level. Both my wife and I have trained with Chad Richards for 15 years. He and his staff are knowledgeable and completely professional. Simply put, Next Level is a great training facility with great trainers. Whoever posted those phony reviews should be ashamed.

I have trained at Next Level since around 2012 working with a variety of trainers all of whom were knowledgeable & fun to work with. My time at Next Level prepared me for 4 strong years of college soccer at the University of Central Arkansas & a lifetime of health and happiness. Thanks for everything!
