Love it started doing this new. I'm usually do a lot of cardio lot of cycling but hot yoga is the best burn 686 calories in one class.

I've been taking classes here for a couple of months now, and the classes are great, today was the first class of the year with Lynne Avallone and it was just an amazing way to start the year, if you like hot yoga this is the place, lots of options to chose from!!!

I arrived 5 minutes late and they locked me out and I tried calling no answer. Im sorry I was late but forgive me i got lost and never been there. Hoping they allow me to attend another without penalty.

I have been with Power Yoga Evolution on and off for 10 years. I have traveled all over the US while trying different studios. PYE is hands down my favorite yoga studio. My favorite yoga COMMUNITY. The owner is wonderful, friendly, engaging and around often. There are a variety of skilled, educated instructors who continue to learn, change and grow. Try them out, support them, and watch yourself change before your eyes 🤸♀️🌌🧘♂️🔥⚡🪄

I have been going to classes at Power Yoga Evolution for four plus years. The teachers are excellent, caring and instruct a great yoga class. There is a mix of classes for more intense yoga flow or stretching. The community is supportive and friendly. If you are looking for a nice yoga studio, give it a try!

I love the Hot Flow classes in the evenings with Lynne, Nanci…as well as Shannon. I was introduced to hot yoga recovering from my ACL reconstruction surgery and after a year of continued classes I was back 100%. I have been hooked ever.
